I've stayed at the Juneau Hotel twice now, both for a week or more. The rooms are basically one-bedroom apartments and absolutely spotless. I spent a month in Alaska (in January) and appreciated a comfortable place with a washer, a dryer, and a kitchen. The location is central (right next to the Douglas Island bridge) but you do have to...

Didn't know what to expect of Juneau since it was my first time. Rooms were large, full kitchen, washer/dryer, cable. Location is ok - closer to the capital, but probably still need a car. Front staff were always kind and made sure we had all we needed.

Had a very pleasant almost-two-months with Moses and Gustavo and the crew. The housekeeping crew change beds and towels once a week, plus mopping, wiping, and vacuuming. They even offered to help me carry groceries upstairs! The kitchen was very usable, and the separate bedroom was priceless! Always it was "if you need something just ask"! No doubt we will...

Being from the DC area, I'm used to there being a lot of hotel choices so I wasn't expecting much. But, this place was a good value with a kitchen, a washer and dryer in the room, and a separate bedroom.

Great place to stay. Free wifi, good quick grab and go breakfast in the am. Free airport shuttle. Front desk was nice and very accommodating. Small suites were clean and had everything. I'd recommend it to anyone staying in Juneau.

We recently traveled to Juneau with a high school girls' basketball team for the Capitol City Classic basketball tournament. We needed to stay at a hotel with kitchens in all our rooms to provide meals for the team and coaches and chaperones. The Juneau Hotel has all suites, but that's not the only reason we liked it. The staff was...

There are no 5 star hotels in Juneau, but this hotel is very nice. All rooms are suites with appointed kitchenettes and washer-dryers. Very clean and comfortable. Located approximately a 20 minute walk to downtown, which may be a downside for some. I would come back here, particularly for an extended stay.

Very spacious (separate bedroom, living / sitting room, and kitchen). We had a washer and dryer in our room which made it very nice to get caught up on some laundry after being on the road for a week. There are State office buildings in the front of the hotel and a bridge road on the backside with lite traffic...

We had a one-bedroom apartment on an upper floor. It was plainly furnished but modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. The full kitchen had all the equipment needed for preparing meals. In addition, a continental breakfast was supplied in the lobby downstairs. A washing machine and dryer are located in the apartment. Despite the bedroom facing out onto the bridge to...
