My husband and I just returned from a 6-night stay at the Hotel Alyeska, on a ski trip. I will summarize the pros and cons of the hotel (definitely mostly pros)... Pros: The hotel is very nice on the inside. We stayed in a standard king-sized room on the 3rd floor, and I was actually very excited that our room...

Hotel is over priced for what you get. The rooms are small compared to standard hotels (like motel 6). The pool area is okay if the resort isn't crowded. The exercise room is standard to any hotel. You pay mostly for the location, however it is only worth it if the weather is nice.

We had heard about this hotel and decided to spend 1 night while in the area. While the grounds and hotel are attractive, our stay was not enjoyable. It took over 15 minutes simply to find a place to park, then another 20 minutes to get checked in. Got up to our room and the keys did not work. Back...

Our recent stay at the Hotel Alyeska was fantastic! We haven't stayed at many resorts for comparison, but we really felt that the staff was exceptional in just about every area that we had interaction with them during our stay. The front desk staff was helpful and patient in dealing with our mid-stay room change, letting us be flexible regarding...

TO me, the word "resort" should be reflected in the service and quality of the hotel. It is not. The Spa is good, the saltwater pool and fitness facilities very very nice. The dining was poor to average - and very limited. The lobby staff were not terribly helpful and full of misinformation concerning transportation between the resort and the...

The skiing was world class, the swimming was amazing, the whole experience was on my top 5 list. I will go every year for my birthday. My son was treated with kindness and respect and I was treated like a queen!

Repeat customer. Rooms are always clean. Bathrooms are clean but outdated - they don't match the rooms at all. Food is excellent each year. Can't beat their pizza. The resort is very nice and clean. Friendly staff.

With exception for the chlorine in the pool and hot tub, my over all stay was very nice and I will be back next year, if not before. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I don't ski, but I enjoy the facilities and spa very much. The meeting rooms were good, not too hot and not too cold. The continental...

We will return for another week long visit. The view, rooms, location and amenities are all top notch. You can walk through the hotel right to the tram to the top of the mountain. You do not need to be a skier to ride the tram. The Seven Glaciers restaurant and bar have amazing views of the mountains. Skiers and...
