We only spent one night at The Girdwood Guest House, but we really enjoyed it. There was a full kitchen, a king bed, and a twin futon for our 14 year old son. There are great places/paths on which to get in an early morning jog in Girdwood. Very quiet neighborhood....Beautiful area....my husband saw a moose and a calf in...

This is my 2nd time staying at this charming little B&B. The smell of Judy's fresh home baked bread and delicious jam greet you upon check in. Clean, comfy, and cozy with all the comforts of home. Nestled within the heart of Girdwood, within walking distance to the Mt. Alyeska slopes, shopping and restuarants. Can't wait to visit again.

My family stayed in Girdwood Guest House for 2 nights. We found it is an ideal place for us to take Sea kayaking day tour in Whittier. The fully furnished room is beautiful and quiet and clean, with very good free WiFi. Judy the owner is very nice and help us to contact the tour provider.

We only stayed one night at this cute apartment style B&B. Fresh loaf of bread provided by the owner along with extra food items in fridge. The accommodations were very comfortable and we enjoyed being able to make a homemade meal for a change. When we were checking in however, we were asked if we needed to do any laundry....

The guesthouse is located in a stunning awesome valley with views of gorgeous mountains and glaciers. Judy the owner is an exceptionally sweet and helpful lady. We got the room immaculate. Not a crumb or piece of dirt to be found, plus every necessity was in perfect order; from the towels to the toilet paper. She was so kind to...

It was my pleasure, Avrohom, to meet you and your Mom. New York accents are especially sweet to my ear. You are welcome here any time. Many thanks for your kind words. Wishing you safe travels and an enjoyable trip in Alaska. Judy

My husband & I stayed here for two days. The guesthouse was furnished with everything we needed. Our hostess was Judy & she was very accommodating - baking us a loaf of fresh bread with a jar of homemade rhubarb jam....it was delicious! We spent a lot of time driving around the area...and were fortunate enough to see a mama...

Thank you so much for your review. I am so pleased that you enjoyed your stay at Girdwood Guest House. The bears are visiting us quite frequently now that the strawberries are ripe.

This was actually a one bedroom, fully equipped apartment. I could live here. The bed was very comfortable and the fridge well stocked with breakfast items. I was a bit baffled that guests were expected to strip the beds.

Thank you for sharing your kind words about your stay. It is helpful to me to know that stripping the beds was not something you expected to do. I received a prior comment about this so have not asked guests to strip the beds upon departure.since the beginning of July this year.

We recently stayed here for 2 nights while visiting the Girdwood area and sailing Prince William Sound. Handled everything via the internet and everything went smoothly. Judy always answered my questions in a very timely manner. We were a family of 4 adults which was a little crowded in this B&B. We had requested the sleeper sofa, but it was...

I cannot think of a single bad thing to say about this place. There was plenty of room, bathroom was nice, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It really did feel like a home away from home. The homemade break was great and the homemade preserves were amazing. There is nowhere else I would stay if ever in that area...

We loved this place so much we hated to leave. You have your own private area with deck out front to sit and enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. Pat made us a loaf of fresh bread and Judy made fresh preserves that were in the kitchen waiting for us. It was heavenly!!! Thank you so much!! Everything else...
