This small and quaint hotel has so much personality and the privacy makes you feel like you have the whole property to yourself! This place is right on the water with an amazing sunrise to watch!! We stayed at Hiti Moana Villa in one of the self catering units. THE GOOD POINTS Staff are very friendly and the grounds, pool & board walk areas are lovely. There's a restaurant/bar on site too if you don't want to venture out too far at night. Snorkeling is EXCELLENT as they feed the fish off the board walk. Loads...

We landed at Papeete airport late so stayed in the motel above for a short sleep. Called Karin and booked there and then. Eurocar got us on the road in ten minutes and we arrived within half an hour. We were warmly welcomed and had the beachfront villa. Absolutely divine spot looking out to the reef which lulled us to...

The Hiti Moana is a fair way out of Papeete so a car rented at the airport is a good idea. One can drive all the way around the island in a day easily The accommodation is of a fairly high standard, simple but clean and efficient with a good kitchen. 100 meters up the road is the local supermarket....

Stayed at Hiti Moana with a bunch of family and friends this summer and we had a blast! We wandered from bungalow to bungalow (ours was so cozy!), waded in the well-maintained outdoor pool, and thoroughly enjoyed the dock... in the mornings we would walk out onto the dock to marvel at the tropical fish right below us, during the...

We traveled with a group to Tahiti and rented all of the bungalows Steve had to offer. It was perfect for all of us! It was far enough away from town to be peaceful, but close enough to go into town and tour the island. The Brotherson family are wonderful people! This is truly a special place. It is our...

Hiti Moana Villa is so beautiful and has so much space. The owner, Steve, and his parents are such wonderful people and really make you feel right at home. Papara is a little far from Papeete and Faa'a, but it is worth the drive to get that extra bit of privacy and tranquility. You will not regret staying here, they...

We spent 3 nights at the Hiti Moana in Papara and were very happy there. Our bungalow was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was really exceptional, with good coffee, local bread, fresh fruit and juice, pastries, pancakes, eggs. When we were there (May 2015) there was no lunch or dinner, but an on-site restaurant was under construction. We'll definitely check...

We spent two nights at Hiti Moana, and will certainly head back there again if we can. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful and have a good sense of humour. Their excellent use of English is an added bonus for us non French speakers. We were lucky enough to eat at the brand new inhouse restaurant, right on...
