This hotel is okay. They don't have elevator nor stroller to carry your stuff so you have to carry it on your own. The front desk service average. They don't provide any water and their water system is light brown. Never drink from the sink! Compared to any hotels, they don't have a small shop to shop for your needs. The vending machines are always empty. Since its on the small town, you cannot drink alcohol in the rooms. The

No guest laundry is provided, there is no radio/alarm clock, the fan was loud, room was not serviced-had to ask for clean towels, trash bags to empty trashcans. Thank goodness the room was clean when checked in.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It's not fancy but by northern standards it is very comfortable. The rooms are clean and quiet with nice amenities like a fridge, coffee maker, ironing board, TV, microwave etc. The washroom is a good size and nicely finished. And most importantly it has good wi-fi, at least in my room on the 3rd floor. The lobby and the hallways are a bit tired but the rooms look like they have recently had a major update, even the windows are newer and good quality. The staff are friendly and helpful. Also, there is a very good restaurant on the premises called the Red Basket. It has a big menu and the food is fast and good quality. Overall I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The unit was pretty much a dump, though the morning meal was pretty darn good. The facilities do need a make over. Not sure if the income would justify the needed expenditures. Pretty friendly staff - all family members.

The Long House is one of the larger Bethel hotels. It is reasonably well located (not too far form shops) and right next door to the best breakfast place in Bethel. Rooms are pretty average but are clean and have good cable tv. Wifi is a bit slow, but functional. Overall a comfortable place, but the price ($240/night) is well above what you would expect to pay for this level of accommodation.

Bring earplugs! If you simply remember this you will have a great stay. The rooms are always clean and staff is helpful, but be prepared for some very thin walls! The place also has WiFi that works and small desks in each room- just remember the earplugs and all will be great!

Based that Bethel is located off Alaska's road system and serves as a hub for surrounding villages; this was a nice hotel. Clean, well-maintained. The internet was spotty when I was there; but other reviewers did not have that problem. In general the hotel is quiet; however expect to hear your neighbors.

Not real noisy, good internet, fun staff. Best deal in town. I get put up here for work but even if weren't my dime paying for it if I were in town this is where I'd stay. Restaurant is attached and it's not a far walk to the AC store.

I wish I had taken pictures of my room when I was there a month ago. There are pristine white duvets and new pillows that are really comfortable. Also, microwaves and mini-fridges are in the rooms. Flat screen TVs are in the rooms. And hairdryers! I was in Room 215 which is an end room with a window looking out at greenery. Noise is still an issue and Don, the manager, is planning to upgrade the soundproofing. A colleague was staying in Room 206 which was really nice and bright. Pro Tip: Stay on the 2nd floor. Rooms on Floors 1 and 3 are over heated. Some windows are missing screens. As others have mentioned, there's a restaurant in the hotel. Also, water is available downstairs and there is a community fridge off the lobby. It's easy to call community taxis for rides, especially during wild weather. And the AC grocery store is walkable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The no alcohol policy is a good thing and it is stated clearly in signage as well as by the staff checking you in. Don, the manager, has been making improvements over the last year and they are visible.

This hotel is a comfortable and clean place in Bethel to stay at. Rooms are quiet. The restaurant next to the hotel is good. This is the best place to stay in Bethel, especially since options are limited.
