Great breakfast, clean rooms and a reasonable price. Steve, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. He literally went the second mile for us a couple of times...once to deliver us to a restaurant along with some other guests and another time to pickup and item I had left in the restaurant. If you need a receipt for business purposes...

Loved my stay here! A bit out of town, but I loved how quiet and peaceful it was, just a short walk from local food. The sunrise from the roof deck was amazing. Bedroom and bathroom was clean and comfortable and Steve was super helpful and welcoming! This is definitely a gem if spending some time in Quepos or Manuel...

While travelling through Costa Rica we spent a week here at Villas Jacquelina. I literally don't think I have a single negative thing to comment on. Since before we even got there, Steve was super helpful, and during our entire stay both him and Yara (who made breakfast and cleaned the rooms) took SUCH good care of us. Steve gave...

Villas Jacquelina is a wonderful place to stay and just a 10-minute-walk from town. The rooms are neat and spacious. It has hammocks, large hangout spaces, good coffee and breakfast. And last but not least, Steven is a great host! He helps whereever he can.

I loved staying here. Steve is very friendly and helped out a lot. The hostel is cool because there are common areas on a few different levels. Our room was cleaned everyday and the breakfasts were great ($6 extra). The location is about a 10 minute walk to Quepos where you can find everything you need or catch a bus...

My family and I had a great time here. I always look for extremely sanitary places to stay in, and Villas Jacquelina was perfect. Everything from the bathroom to the kitchen was clean. Steve treats you like family, and the ambiance is fantastic in the common area. The hammocks are very relaxing, and my younger siblings loved the pool. My...

We booked with Villas Jacquelina after seeing all the great reviews here. Perhaps because it was low season, we weren't all that impressed. The rooms were very bare and service was not readily available. Upon reaching the site there was absolutely no one around- a phone number was on the desk to call in case of arrival but we didn't...

First of all, Steve, he is a great host, a super friendly and social person and he is just one of the nicest guys we have ever met. Thank you so much for your kindness and for helping out with everything you could. The facility had everything we could ask for. It was clean, there was a good kitchen, a...
