The person who rents you the place: - Entered our room without permission asked us to clean everything up because in her words "it was our job not hers". - Did not allow us to have a conversation in the balcony because she judge that laughing after 8pm her words "we were using drugs". - She entered on the checkout...

We stayed in the larger two bedroom apartment. There were two couples and it was a perfect retreat. Private pool and beach close by. Little traffic down the road. Infinity pool was wonderful and perfect for the hot weather. Comfortable accommodations. Unlike what somebody else posted we rarely saw Kristina. She came while we were out and made the beds...

Our family of four (2 kids ages 9 and 11) spent 3 nights on the top two floors. The kids stayed in the loft and loved having an area separate from us. Having come from Arenal, it was HOT while we were at the coast. The air conditioning and the pool were truly appreciated. We loved watching the birds from...

Booked for a few days with 3 total couples. Had the top 2 floors with private entrance. Very clean. Beautiful views. Greeted each morning by monkeys in the nearby trees. The pool was nice. A close walk to a private beach. Close driving to Quepos and Manuel Antonio. Nothing to complain of.

We stayed last weekend for one night. Quiet, away from the crowd. Lots of green everywhere, clean, all the amenities, lots of space at a reasonable rate. Fully equipped apartment. GOOD VALUE! Short drive on gravel road, but worth it.! preferably to drive a car there but no big deal to walk. The balconies are my favourite to enjoy a...

I thought this was a very beautiful place to stay and GREAT for the cost. The road is bumpy, yes, but not a big deal. We had no trouble getting in and out of the driveway. Make sure that you get directions ahead of time; Costa Rica doesn't use addresses in the same way that we do so you can't...

We stayed in Villa Kristina for a few days in the beginning of the year and absolutely loved it. The place is so clean, quiet and comfortable. The surroundings are really nice, it feels like you are in the rainforest all the time, yet with all the amenities you could ask for. Kristina herself is an absolute gem, really nice...

We loved it here so much that we stayed 2 extra nights. We watched squirrel monkeys while relaxing in the fabulous pool overlooking gorgeous gardens. Very well equipped kitchen and beautiful linens. A lot of love and attention has gone into this little, quiet piece of Paradise. Beautiful large deck with comfortable furniture and hammock. Even a washing machine and...

Villa Kristina is an excellent place to stay close to Manuel Antonio. A friend and I stayed for 3 nights in the 3rd week of July in Apt 1. The accommodations are top notch, and we felt very comfortable there. The squirrel monkeys came by every day, and this was the only place we saw them during our visit. Finding...

“The upstairs bedroom of apartment 1 has a narrow, spiral staircase, so use caution if this would be difficult for any of the guests. Other than that it's a great apartment with a wonderful view of the rainforest canopy.”

“If you want an ocean view - go for apartment 1 - very spacious and can sleep 4 with the upstairs second bedroom/bath. It's a partial ocean view but a great view of the gardens. The monkeys will come right by the balcony.”
