WOW The Lookout Inn is an amazing place to get a back to nature. Open air huts, monkeys and scarlet macaws everywhere. The only way we knew what time it was is when they blow the conch shell to call you for meals. And the food was great! The staff were all so nice and Terry is a very entertaining...

Lookout Inn was definitely the highlight of our two week trip. The only downside was how much we missed it after we left. We seriously had separation anxiety from this place! Terry and gang are communicative and supportive from the day you reach out to them. They were quick to respond to questions and handled billing seamlessly. They are very...

Excellent food and helpful staff. Great location with amazing wildlife, beach and scenery. Off the beaten path but well worth the effort to get there. Options are riding in the back of a collectivo truck or in an air conditioned 4 wheel drive crew cab truck for a little more money. About a 2 hour trip over rough roads with...

Terry and Katya (they are so sweet) and all the staff were so wonderful and accommodating (vegetarian meals with plenty of variety and flavour and nutrition and protein) and made us feel so welcome (even with my bellbottoms which are apparently so 1970s and I should be embarrassed). We are campers and hikers and love our national/provincial parks here in...

Waited until today, Valentine's Day, to write this because of the sense of love and care I experienced this week during my 4 night stay in a "Tiki Hut" at the Lookout Lodge at the Carate in the "Wild Osa" of Costa Rica. (And also to "wrap my mind around" the amazing experience I had at the end.) I thought...

We spent 5 nights at the Lookout Inn in the Blue Butterfly room in February 2015. It is hard to capture our experience in words as it was beyond our expectations. The views from our cabina were of the Pacific ocean and often included macaws, hawks, toucans and monkeys. The food was fresh, served buffet style so that we could...

We spent five nights in the Blue Butterfly Room in June of 2013 for our Honeymoon and it was the most incredible experience. The food was fantastic, the accommodations were breath taking and the staff and owners were amazing. They were extremely friendly and personable. I loved our stay at The Lookout Inn and look forward to visiting again.
