Sitting here in the upstairs lounge/communal area and enjoying the breeze off the ocean (the hotel isn't waterfront but only 200 ft away). Antonio and Marlan are wonderful hosts and take pride in their hotel. My A/C went on the fritz and Antonio changed it out immediately first thing this morning. The free coffee in the morning is great up... More

We had a nice stay at this hotel- it felt very safe, was in a good location just up the main street, and had great air conditioning. We came at kind of a slow time, so we were the only ones there. I would definitely stay there again, especially since it seemed to be a lot better than some of... More

Excellent spot for the value ! Also the host is very friendly and understanding despite confusing their staff of my booking errors. Overall we were wishing we stayed longer than our 2 night stay there. We really enjoyed using the kitchen and meeting others there- was up on their top floor. Kind of a geeky comment but also really liked... More

Room was nice looking but its a bit noisy the wooden floors make it easy to hear everyone walking around, and there were kids running all over the grounds in the morning WiFi was strong which is always a plus, shower was good too, the bed not so much the head is away from the wall so our pillows kept... The hotel is very clean and well kept with a very friendly and helpful staff. It's very close to the beach, city center, restaurants and stores. It has a really great common area with a kitchen, seating and hammocks overlooking the park, which is a great quiet place to chill out. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive and... More

The hotel is simple, clean, with a safe included. We stayed in a suite for 4 days - a mere 2 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed the communal cooking area with access to the hammocks, a television (if someone wanted to watch it) and a book exchange. The staff were friendly, great service and helpful pointing us in... More

This is the type of place where you try to stack as many of your things up as high as you can so that you minimize the surface area your things touch. The bed, which is definitely the most important thing that matters in a hotel room, was the only part of the room I felt 'clean' in. It was... More

With all respect you deserve, it looks like the place where you stayed was not the Tajalin Hotel. It is struggling to find a person to stay several days in a hotel and having so many things that do not bother and not approaching the reception for expressing their dissatisfaction or even ask for a room change. Your words are... More

The place is simple, sweet, and clean. It's walking distance to the downtown of Montezuma, maybe a 5 min walk, if that, but it's not on the busy street so the noise won't bother you at night. We were here for NYE and the partying will still going on at 4am in the streets of Montezuma but we didn't hear... More

Tajalin is a really nice place, only 2 minutes walk away from the mainstreet but still very quiet. The Accomodations are very roomy and clean, safe included. Privat bathroom as big as it can get (hot water included). Nice open kitchen, book exchange, tiny gym area for those who need. Beach 5min by feet. A++ Franz y Franzi
