Karahe is on the quiet end of the beaches and there is a good amount of shade from trees that you could put a beach chair under (Karahe has these to borrow). There is a ramp to get to the beach side of the hotel from the street level (goes down), but not ramps to access the beach itself - you exit the gate right into an area with some plants and estuaries.
