My husband and I did not stay at the hotel but we did spend an entire day at the spa and we spent quite a lot of time on this property while we stayed in Manuel Antonio. The spa is seriously the most beautiful I have ever seen. We did the couples' massage and it was one of our favorite...

We're so glad you had the opportunity to enjoy our resort and the spa—the couples' massage is one of our most popular treatments! We look forward to another visit from you and your husband on another trip to Costa Rica. Pura vida!

It's hard to describe the experience that we had at The Parador. Not only is it a resort close to Manuel Antonio park, with monkeys swinging in the trees near the reception, it has some the kindest, pleasing individuals that we have encountered. Everyone had a smile, and an easy way about them. Jorge, from the front reception went out...

We stayed here for 2 nights. The property is good and well mantained. Our room had a beatiful view. Food is good, not very good and thats one of the reasons why I'm droping my review... I think TA should have average, good, very good and excelent. Please take this as a good not a very good review. Horrible SPA...

We're very sorry that you had trouble booking your spa experience—we take all of our guests' comments very seriously and we will show discuss this with our spa manager. We're happy you enjoyed the rest of your stay, though, and that your kids had a "close encounter" of the wildlife kind! We hope to be able to be of service...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in August 2014. It is a nice property in a good location, but overall it was a bad experience. From day 1 we had lots of tiny ants everywhere in our room. During our first day we reported that the toilet was not flushing well and were told that someone would come...

Dear Guest, We are very sorry that you felt this way post your visit to Parador. Upon researching your stay, we did see reports that the pipe that fed the block of rooms where you were staying was broken, repaired, broke again and was finally fixed at 4pm. The toilet in your room also had to be replaced so it...

This is a fantastic hotel with Costa Rican charm! The staff was extremely accommodating and the pool and outdoor dining area was beautiful. The hotel offers trails, pools, a private beach, a library, and putt putt. We took a 15 min stroll down the monkey trail and saw at least 10 monkeys playing in the trees! We also saw a...

The Hotel Parador is billed as a resort in Costa Rica and it is in a resort area. The hotel has all of the features of an American resort but things are not really "finished" in the way that a resort in the US would be outfitted. The nature in the area is beautiful and you are a short drive...

Firstly we were switched to this hotel as out first choice was over booked by our travel agent. Due to this they upgraded us to the top suite. It was amazing. Very large suite, with a hot tub in the room as well as one on the huge wrap around balcony. The food on both nights we stayed was delicious...
