We stayed 5 days in Manuel Antonio. We wanted to relax and also visit the National Park (which is around 20$ for non-nationals, May 2017). The breakfast here is superb and it costs $5 (CRC2500); Costa-Rican coffee, tea, pineapple, watermelon, pancake, gallo pinto (beans, rice) and scrambled eggs. Delicious and energetic before visiting the National Park. The people at the...

Came for dinner and it was awesome! Local place where everyone goes! Got a typical meal with delicious chicken and rice and my partner pork! Both were delicious and the drinks are reasonable and great! Oscar is the owner and is so kind making sure everything is taken care of. Best local place, mom and pop style!

I did not stay at the hotel. This review is about the restaurant. We walked down past the vendors at the the recommendation of a local for a local place to eat. The food was delicious. The menu offers the local typical "Casada" Its rice and beans, salad and your choice of meat. The price about Six US dollars or...

I stopped in here for a late lunch, ended up returning the following day for breakfast. Food is tasty, service is pleasant and speedy, there's unlimited water and coffee, and prices are very reasonable, cash only. It's a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the park entrance and has a relaxed atmosphere.

Cheap drinks and fab fresh Smoothies, food was well priced and tasty. Would recommend the curry and creamy chicken pasta. Good sized meals and the loveliest waiter ever. Nice outdoor seating with a fan and great ambiance.

Usually had a drink here on the way back to our hotel which was next door. A very friendly place with lovely staff. Cheapest beers in town and excellent gin and tonics and eighties music. You can get takeaway food here as well it's a varied menu and cheap.

Close to our hotel the cheap prices drew us in. Beer was 1000 colones £1.50 food was from under £5 for a meal. Lovely cold bottled Imperial beer. Food never disappointed we ate here 5 nights we didn't go elsewhere. No need to dress up. Not a posh place. Friendly staff. Music playing. Please try it for value for money.

We didn't stay here but went there for dinner and got hooked. We had the next two meals there as well. He has the best breakfast (and cheapest) in town. Lots of food, ton of fruits and unlimited coffee. The owner is great. Very nice ambiance.

Great after a day of hiking at Manuel Antonio National Park. 2 dollar cervesa. My girlfriend had the Fish burger and I had the Tuna salad. Yummy. Oh and they have cheap Cerveas. There is also a hostel located here.

Friendly local bar come restaurant. Good basic home cooking at reasonable prices. Very clean. Had a backpackers hostel attached that also looked clean. Close to the main beach and the national reserve park.
