We stayed at Lorenzos villa for two weeks over Christmas and New Year (11 adults and 3 kids). The villa was terrific, the view fantastic and Lorenzo was a very accomodating and helpful host. I can warmly recommend him and his villa!

I first stayed here in 2009 and I loved it then. I love it more now. Laurent, the owner, has been obviously been taking loving care of this place. He's a very hard working guy and it shows in the quality of workmanship he put into building this entire building and complex. And it shows in the upkeep and maintenance....

This was my second time staying at Laurent's villa in Manuel Antonio. The villa is situated on the side of a mountain overlooking the beaches and national park of Manuel Antonio. You can see Cathedral Point from the balcony, so needless to say the view is incredible. And in my mind, this alone is well worth the price of admission....

The entire villa was also extremely clean and we saw monkeys and sloths on a daily basis! What makes this villa even better is the owner, Lorenzo! He...

My husband and I stayed on the 2nd floor with our 10 year old son. We couldn't have picked a better place! Most of the reviews say it all. My husband, who I usually can't get away from the computer, was almost always found outside, swinging in the hammock enjoying the breeze and the squirrel monkeys that would run past...

We rented the entire villa for a week. Laurent answered all of our questions and arranged vans from San Jose airport and tours. We loved the property and the monkeys and sloth that visited us. The location is ideal to walk to restaurants, bars, the grocery store, and cash machine. One person rented a car, which made it easier to...

Cheers! We are looking forward to visiting world's most breathtakingly beautiful, pristine, tropical paradise / nature preserve !!! Well be in Costa Rica 3 weeks during mid-October for Dental surgery M-F, & would love to visit Manuel Antonio for 1-2-3 weekends, arriving Fri pm dinner - Mon am breakfast. We wish to be good guests! We are concerned about our dietary restrictions, & this note inquires about meals:

We don't plan to rent a car, & wish to remain at our hotel after dark. We eat only vegetarian diet- No animal, no dairy (No animal ingredients, no milk / eggs / yogurt /cheese / etc.). Due to Dental surgeries & extensive Dental work, we'll need soft foods only. Due to various health reasons, we must eat a low-fat, 0-salt diet (no added salt / oils). We enjoy fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts, + fish occasionally. We love Gallo pinto!

Due to dietary restrictions, we are quite unsure whether we should come at all- We want to be good guests! Please advise: Is breakfast served? If yes, are vegetarian choices available? What is cost? Are there affordable local eateries within walking distance?

*** Idea: Is there any chance (?) that you may know of a local Tica, whom we may hire to come once daily, to do all grocery shopping, & prepare / refrigerate plentiful meals & snacks? (2 Adults, 2-4 day stay)? mid-October.

We prefer, & are humbly grateful to hire a (local) Tica- not a "professional chef"! We hope to enjoy fresh, local meals- nothing "fancy"! Arrive Fri night - Mon am; Possibly 2- 3 consecutive weekends during mid-October.

Much appreciation for any info!
