We really loved it there. Out hut was really charming (they all are), has a nice queen sized bed and 2 single beds (one on the mezzanine and one on the same floor). The staff was friendly, the setting very nice, away from the noisy town center and 30meters from the seaside. Best stay in Costa Rica

The bungalows are nice, quiet, quaint. I loved having a loft and extra bed in the large room, though it was just my husband and I staying in the room. Breakfast was somewhat confusing. They offered fruit and toast to everyone and then allowed one selection from a list of entres. I chose the entre that was fruit plate. Because...

I stayed at Azania Bungalows for 5 nights and it was great! It is very private with trees and leaves surrounding each bungalow, but also have the lively town of Puerto Viejo just a walk away and the beach right accross the street! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They have bikes for rent for only $5/day which is...

We stayed here for 3 nights. It is a charming property! There are about 10 bungalows, so it's a small, intimate place. We loved the front deck of our bungalow, with benches and hammock. The inside was just slightly dark. We were glad to have a decent size mini fridge in the room. We had no problems with the shower,...

CRABS. I love 'em. Which is a good thing, because they're all over the place here. The grounds keepers have put small pipes over the gardens for them to live in. You won't notice them until they scuttle back into the pipes as you walk past. A charming bungalow with an unusual hot water system; it heats through pipes as...

Azania was very true to the jungle, it was clean and the bungalow was adorable. They are right in the heart of the jungle. My only complaint is that the owner was not friendly at all. Being dubbed a B&B, they never say hello. The staff was nice but, it felt edgy. You could feel tension like they were walking...

We spent two nights at the Azania Bungalows after a week of roughing it in Gandoca and it was bliss! Big breakfasts and quiet, well furnished bungalows. The rooms can be a little dark and as with anywhere in Costa Rica you are bound to get a few 'visitors'. Our favourite stay of the whole trip!

We spent our Honeymoon in the South Caribbean. Azania offers the visitor fantastic luxury bungalows, distributed throughout a property with amazing garden, well taken care of but jungle inspired, not too manicured either. The lodge is just 50 yards from the amazing beach of Cocles. The pool, fresh water Jacuzzi and garden just enhance the entire stay, giving you a...

We arrived at Azania Bungalows after a very long day of travel at about 1am. Security opened the gate, showed us to our bungalow, made sure we had what we needed and left. All we had to do was crash into our very comfortable beds and fall asleep to the sounds of the jungle surrounding us. We awoke refreshed, and...
