My family of four stayed here November 2016 (kids are 15 and 21). It was perfect because there is a nice little loft with a third bed, so the "kids" didn't have to share. The beds were fairly comfortable, and the grounds are beautiful. There are no air conditioners in the rooms, but there are fans. We were there when...

I expect a few insects staying in a jungle bungalow, but this was worse than tent camping. Our unit had several large holes in the screens, there weren't any screens at all behind the bench in the shower, and there were a few sections a missing screens, resulting in getting eaten up nightly by mosquitos, even when using the mosquito...

A lovely place to stay from which to explore the town and surrounding area. The bungalows are full of character and the bathroom feels like you are showering outside as you are close to the wildlife! The staff are friendly and helpful and arranged a boxed breakfast for us when we had an early checkout.

This spectacular oasis was all that was advertised. Very clean, spacious bungalow. All the staff were very polite, accommodating, and helpful with any needs that arose. The restaurant had excellent food, with a great breakfast that is included in your nightly rate. The dinner was a bit pricey, as it was in USD, and more than the going rates for...

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. One of the best accommodations we had during our time in Costa Rica. The room was clean and functional. Waking up to the sounds of animals (monkeys and birds) in the morning was really cool. The pool is nice and the "hotel" is right across from a very large beach. The...

There isn't AC. , but there was two ceiling fans that worked just fine for us . The staff was wonderful and the grounds are beautiful. Each private Bungalow has...

The rooms here are all individual chalet style set in a forest surrounding. Our room had a large double bed,a single bed and a double bed which was reached by climbing a ladder in the middle of the room.No A/C but large ceiling fans kept the room reasonably cool. There was a hammock on the verandah to lounge in and watch the...

Great location, near to the beach. Fantastic rooms always kept really clean. Great service - they were quite happy for us to use their pool towels at the beach. Laundry service was prompt and efficient. Would definitely recommend hiring bikes.

Nice bungalows with 4 beds with mosquito nets and a veranda with hammock. We were lucky to have spotted 2 sloths just right in front of our bungalow. Beautiful pool. Excellent breakfast. Just a great place to relax. Just off Cocles beach and a nice half hour walk or 10min drive from Puerto Viejo. Supermarket nearby.

The accommodation is comfortable and the fans adequately cooled the rooms when required. The gardens are beautiful and there was a sloth resident for our entire stay. There is a small swimming pool and the restaurant served acceptable food at a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed our stay here.

Thank Sheila C
