We stayed two times at this hotel and we highly recommend to rent a car at the airport of Liberia or San José. We never heard of a shuttle service and to get a taxi is not easy. Even to get around at Playa del Coco it is better to have your own car, although you can go to the beach or to the center of the town on foot.
