This hotel was beautiful and a true Costa Rican experience. The 29 hot springs were relaxing for everyone in the family. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the restaurants at the hotel also offered good dinner options. This was truly a unique hotel/destination.

I stayed at the Springs Resort for three nights before heading to the Four Seasons in Papagayo. Although the Four Seasons is indeed luxurious, I prefer the Springs. The long difficult ride to Arenal/La Fortuna is worth it! The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. We tried everything: the hanging bridges, tubing, bird watching, ATVs, but my clear favorite was the 6am...

This hotel is like a natursl Disney experience. It has many natural dotings built in to the complex's decor. You have to visit them all. The cocktail are expensive at about $11 each. The breakfast buffet is wonderful at $22. We rooms are fab with spectacular views. My only complaints are that the beds are lumpy and the pool bar...

I can't say how amazing this hotel was!!! We absolutely loved it! Upon walking in you arrive in an open air lobby with breathtaking views. The common spaces and the guest rooms have the most beautiful wood detail everywhere. The rooms are huge with vaulted ceilings and enormous windows, even the bathroom is spectacular!! Enormous Jacuzzi with gorgeous woodwork all...

The hotel is fabulous with so many activities.. swimming, enjoying the hot springs, a water slide, tubing, horseback riding, a zoo, hiking, fishing, etc. The grounds are fabulous, our villa was amazing, and the staff is exceptional! I wish we had 4 nights here instead of 3.

Waking up with the view of the volcano is so amazing, the staff is very nice. We really liked it there, perfect place to relax and enjoy all the services of the hotel. Maybe a bit...

We did not stay here but opted for the 2 day Hot Springs Pass that gave us access to the Hot Springs and it was worth it!! We also went to the Club Rio that has an animal tour and it was worth it. Not only did we get to enjoy the Hot Springs for 2 days, we opted to...

We had 2 rooms with views of Arenal that were absolutely stunning. The design was luxurious, but uncluttered and with comfort as the obvious focus. Despite numerous activities available on the property and in the area, we found ourselves looking forward to returning to the room nightly. The bathrooms were large, well-designed, and had ample storage. Beds were comfortable and,...

Grounds are impeccable. Pools are incredible. While the hotel was almost completely full, it still seemed quaint. No rush to get seats at the pools, there was plenty of seats. We were in a honeymoon suite plus and the view was priceless. Restaurants were wonderful and not as expensive as I thought they would be. They arranged our transportation to/from...
