No complaints here: room (415) fantastic as was everything about the resort. The setting was beautiful. I suppose the gym was rather impoverished and none of the pools are large enough for any serious swimming but I suspect that's not an issue for many. Staff very helpful and friendly and food very good. Recommended!

Hotel is suoer nice with amazing views of Arenao volcano. Food is tasty and service is great especially look bar. Gave 4 stars coz of cleaning service as they always missed refilling the shampoo and soap so we had to ask multiple times.

This place was off the charts awesome...the individual living quarters were very nice, modern, and housekeeping did a great job keeping the place tidy and the towel animals were sweet. The room had sliding glass doors with a view looking directly at the volcano...it was surreal! The resort grounds were absolutely gorgeous. The hot spring pools were amazing with a...

If you are looking for a very nice hotel with hot springs you will enjoy this one. The service is great. Everyone is friendly and will help you with whatever you need. The view from the room is unbelievable. You can drink your coffee in front of the Arenal Volcano while hearing different kind of birds... I would be much...

We were very pleased with the room at Arenal Springs Resort and Spa. The Service was outstanding and the complementary breakfast was great. We enjoyed time at the spa and attended a complimentary yoga class. Nice King size bed and very large shower. On site restaurants were great and as in the entire resort the service was outstanding. Worst part...

We stayed here for two nights and could have spent all the time birdwatching, there were so many species in the beautiful grounds. The staff on reception were very helpful in identifying them for us. All staff we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are separate units in the grounds with views of Mount Arenal,...

This hotel has a great location right in front of the Arenal Volcano - unfortunately only on our last day of three were we able to see the volcano clearly as the weather was cloudy and rained off and on. The rooms are fine (called junior suites but definitely not suites) - they need a mirror in the bedrooms. Very...

We were there on a Caravan Tour. We spent 2 nights. The rooms were awesome, lots of hard rain on tin roofs! The hotel lends you umbrellas lol. The rain is fast and furious and then goes away. The pools are awesome and the pool bar is in the hot springs pool with waterfall. Restaurant and food is wonderful. A...

A wonderful setting with great views of the volcano and super bird life. The pool area and hot springs are great However the place is abut pretentious. The "international "restaurant had poor service and the only restaurant meal I have ever returned uneaten; unchewable steak. And the drinks prices are a rip off. $ 10 for a small beer, priced...

My husband and I spent two nights at the Arenal Springs Resort and Spa. A welcome drink was served at check in and everyone was very welcoming. You are given a wrist band and all drinks and food are billed to your room. Our room was clean and nice with a lovely view of the volcano, now covered with clouds....
