This place was just what we were looking for. It's peaceful and quiet, you can walk to the river, the a/c worked well, the shower was great, the $7 breakfast was a great deal, we really enjoyed our stay. It was very charming. The service was excellent. We accidentally left our computer behind and Tatiana went above and beyond by...

We stayed at several locations in Costa Rica, and this was our favourite hotel. The large, private, bungalows have patios off the back - this is equipped with patio furniture and a hammock, overlooking the jungle. Each night we sat out back listening to the jungle noises ! Two things worth noting: 1) You will need to have a car...

The location was pretty good (reasonably easy to get a taxi into town), the service was very helpful and friendly, and we enjoyed our balcony, which had a hammock and was surrounded by tropical plants. However, I was less of a fan of the iguana living in the roof, which scurried and scratched around at night. Apparently they like the...

This place was great, it gives you the Costa Rican feel but with great luxury. Great bed, nice bathroom, good AC all in a beautiful bungalow right at the edge of the jungle. From our back patio, we saw lots of birds including Toucans and Howler monkeys at the river’s edge. They are building two new rooms by the river...

We stayed for five nights in one of their cabins. It was not luxurious - not a requirement for us - but very comfortable and, though small, had everything we needed. They serve a lovely breakfast, provide coffee and soft drinks at the reception and offer a relaxed environment. The hotel is run by a family who all seem to...

These cabins are beautiful and well maintained. The hotel is family run by Alvaro and his sons so you'll be received with warm hospitality and they'll do their best to answer all of your questions or meet your neds. Make sure to ask about tours with them directly and book any tours with them directly. Highly recommend the rafting tour...

Really lucky to stay at this great place, it's a 20min walk from La Fortuna (3$ in a cab) but was worth to walk to stay in such a peaceful location. The family run farm/hotel has a wonderful atmosphere.... delicious breakfast served on the family house terrace across the road. We loved the peace and quiet..... make sure you walk/take...

The location is in a nice little cabin. There was a very nice, small front and back deck. The location is just outside of town--a bit far to walk, but easy drive. We felt like we were camping late at night or early morning with the sound of nature. The staff was very welcoming.

I am so thankful that we found this gem! Quiet and convenient, this place really had the most lovely setting. The cabins are all nicely appointed. We were thrilled to have air conditioning as well as a mini-fridge in our room. And the bathroom was large and modern. It looks like all the cabins have both a front patio with...

This is a nice hotel to travel with another person. View to the volcano, near the waterfall and you can get to the river by walking to the back of the property. If you like to relax away from the center and be on a quiet place I strongly recommend you this place.

Thank Mauricio A
