Wow. Do not camp here. We arrived on Sunday afternoon to neighboring campers vomiting we assumed from empty cases of beer in the burner barrel. A lot of "permanent" campers along with dog feces everywhere. Didn't feel safe. I'd rather camp in a Walmart parking lot.

Was busy during Memorial Day weekend during the creek float times between 10-2. It was very clean and the campers were all good folks. Sign in for the floats could have been more organized. Otherwise the creek was awesome. Took about 2 hours to get back. The pier where you exit the creek could be more user friendly as there...

We were going to the race but did not want to camp at the free sites around the track so I found this place and it looked perfect. Well looks weren't deceiving, we just loved it here. From the ease of reservations & check in with Susan, to the kind & welcoming "regulars" that stay in the cabins to the...

For $85 a night, you can have a nice, clean rustic cabin. You can sit out on your porch and listen to the birds sing while you enjoy a cold drink. You can walk down to the creek and fish or just relax and watch the creek go by. The owners are friendly and make you feel like you are...

Our Young Married S.S. Class went Sat., 8/22/15, and had a GREAT time. Staff was attentive, helpful, and accommodating. The shower facilities were good, and better than some tubing/kayaking/rafting facilities my wife and I have been to in the past. It went very well. The water was great (but cold, which for mid-August, I'm not complaining). Would recommend for any...

I've been to many kayaking resorts in the past, and each time the employees are there to drop your kayak in the water as well as help you into the kayak. This was not the case at Talladega Creekside Resort. The employees drove us to an isolated area and dropped us off, after we had to unload our own kayaks....

Our instructions on the bus were to avoid private property, then we were set out on the side of the road to carry our kayaks about 100 yds to the water and set in. In my previous kayaking trips, your kayak was in the water for you, that's kinda what the employees were there for. During the trip, my 14...

Kayaking down the Cheaha Creek was a nice and an easy quick 1.5 hr ride. Water was very clean, a little shallow but we did not drag. At first I thought the staff was rude but then realized they were just a little under staffed. Rental equipment was in good condition. The Camp ground was small and the bathhouse was...

No junk upon entering! No dogs barking! A quiet place. Not beautiful . but functional. Away from the hustle and bustle. A nice creek runs along that allows for tubing..no WiFi but Verizon works great. All in all was very much worth it.

We stayed at this campground for two nights. Very small campground and sites are grass an unlevel. The last night we stayed someone stole the hubcaps off my new truck while we were sleeping. I would not stay there again.
