We had a two night stop over in Shanghai. Location of this place couldn't be better, right in the middle of main shopping street, close the the main sights and metro. The 'hop on hop off bus' is right outside the door. Our room wasn't...More
Clean, nice service, great location, reasonable price. The breakfast was so so. A little bit noise during night time. No too far to the Bund, Yu Garden or People square. Many restaurants and shopping centre here.
The location and price make this hotel worth while. If it weren't for those factors I probably would recommend going somewhere else.
The second night of our stay, there was a very nauseous fume that reeked of gasoline. We informed the front desk but they...More

People’s Square brings with it all the excitement you would expect from the town square of one of the biggest cities in the world. The area around People’s Square and People’s Park is always a abuzz with activity. Oceans of local and foreign tourists flow in and out of the area every day to see grand museums, go shopping and eat at some of Shanghai’s most storied food centers. Shanghai residents, meanwhile, live and
work in the many residential and office high-rises. While much of Shanghai stays busy late into the night, this really is an area that never sleeps with glitzy nightclubs keeping people up until the wee hours of the morning.
