The staff is very unfriendly and rude. There is factory next to the hotel and it runs 24/7. You will never be able to sleep properly. If you consider this hotel just cuz of location, dont do that. Do not consider this hotel.

Stayed here for one night on a recent holiday travelling around China. The Hotel was very basic but clean. Breakfast was a buffet style with plenty to choose from. The Hotel was situated very convenient for the airport. The Hotel has a bar near the reception area.

I just got back from a concert tour of China with my choir. The hotel was booked by the tour company. I got a lovely room: large, well lit, modern but some of my friends were in rooms that had not yet been renovated and they sounded pretty awful. The room was equipped with a safe, fridge, tea kettle and an iron/ironing board. (The only hotel out of 4 I stayed at in China that had an iron provided). The breakfast buffet was not good at all. All the other hotels had delicious eastern and western dishes but the choices here were lacking. I cannot comment on customer service as we only stayed 1 night and I had no interaction with any hotel personnel.

Our room reeked of cigarette smoke so I requested a different room. The second one was marginally better. The carpets had not been cleaned in many years, the bathroom had mold in it, and I could feel the springs through the mattress. Breakfast food was plentiful, but most of it was not good! There are many other choices, go somewhere else.

Stayed for 3 nights as part of Wendy Wu tour. We had already looked on Trip Advisor prior to travelling, and were not looking forward to a stay at this hotel but were pleasantly surprised. Yes it is rather tired looking, but was clean and the bed was huge and most comfortable. Complimentary bottled water, toiletries and slippers replenished daily. Safe free of charge. Breakfast was a mix of Asian/Western, there was always toast, pastries, jams in addition to eggs and bacon or sausages. Staff didnt appear to understand English, but a smile goes a long way, and we had our tour guide with us 24/7 to help out. You have to remember you are not in Majorca - it is China!

I Went to this hotel to visit some family that was staying at the hotel and as leaving kindly asked the concierge if he could call me a taxi. He looked at me, gave me the most unfriendly look and just shook his head... wow! I barely spent an hour at this hotel and I never want to return or would wish for anyone to stay at such a terrible place...

Room was nice, clean, good condition, nicely furnished in a rather old style. Exercise room and Spa were advertised but nonexistent. Staff told me they were closed for good. Staff had limited English. Some were indifferent and some eager to please, but I usually had difficulty getting my questions answered. A long walk to the subway station, maybe more than a kilometer. For that reason I wouldn’t stay here again.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. An easy accessible hotel by Metro and bus. Very near to most sight seeing places. But for vegetarians the restaurant was not that good, However there are vegetables and fruits shops nearby for you to manage.
