Stayed in Jan 17 in business, two stays within two weeks. I booked two standard exec rooms for a colleague and I. Was delighted on both occasions to find that both rooms were upgraded to Deluxe Suites! My status was recognised at checkin by the delightful staff and the exec lounge offering is just excellent. European Hilton's should learn from...

Fantastic room with very comfy bed and the food served in the hotel is excelkent. However make sure you get a room with no direct sunlight if you like a cool room. my room was at 25/26'c all the time, way too hot for me but the ac is switched off in the winter.

I was visiting my bussiness associate at this hotel whom is a diamond member of Hilton , unfortunately he was held up outside and was late . While waiting for him at the hotel lobby , the executive lounge crew recognize me during my last visit and invited me to wait in the lounge instead ! I'm impress by their...

My first return to this hotel since 2009 which was the Sofitel. Not much change to the deco. But exceptional service at the executive lounge. Thanks to Sharon, Theresa and Angela making my stay so welcome.

Overall an average property. Shower drain dod not work and there is nothing worse than having to stand in 3 inches of water when you shower. Moldy trim in the shower as well. Dirty carpet in the bedroom.

Mobile Checked-in for ETA 4pm, room was already upgraded to Deluxe King suite, that was very kind for the hotel. Checked in around 10pm, HSKP put a bottle of water on the night table (with no glass) and a pair of slippers aside bed ( with plastic wrap), unfinished turn down service. Next day went to Executive lounge for breakfast,...

This is a great hotel. Very nice SPA and the facilities are amazing. Staff are kind and very helpful. Very central and close to the high street where you can find lots of shops and restaurants such as Starbucks, McDonald's and many other European/American brands.

We stayed there for 3 nights to celebrate new year. The hotel is not that far from the bund (about 10 min by car) and to Disneyland park (about 25 min if no traffic jam). Overall stay was good, we experienced some wifi connection problems in the room, and breakfast selection could definitely improve. After staying in several international brand...

I enjoyed my stay at this well-located hotel. Apparently there are two towers, and one of them is renovated (East?). I stayed in the renovated tower and had a good, modern room. The bed was comfortable, heater wasn't too hot (regular China travellers know what I mean...), and service was mostly good. I visited for the International Rental Conference, also...

Staying in Century Park

Neighbourhood Profile
Century Park
Shanghai residents see Pudong’s suburbs as the place that grown-ups retreat to when they’re ready to settle down and stop living in the cramped confines of a refurbished lanehouse. The areas around Century Park are some of the most desirable as they are in close proximity to the Metro Lines, granting easy access to the heart of Puxi. The park itself is a huge draw, it’s one of Shanghai’s biggest and there are sports fields tucked into one of its corners, but five-star hotels, museums and great malls make life in the Century Park area easy for the homesick foreigner. And if living in a Western bubble in China isn’t your thing, there is plenty of local flavor to be had in between the major development. Some of Lujiazui’s futurism can also be seen in buildings and sculptures throughout the neighborhood as well.

“Regular room size at least 30 square metre above. Bathroom with separated shower but smaller than usual. Not easy for 6 feet guy to have a big stretch while shower. Amenities was ok. 23ml each bottle is enough for every single use. Bathrobe was very comfortable and in room free wifi was good also. Front desk staffs was friendly but could be much better with more passion and smile. ”
