100 per cent would stay again! It was a little pricey during exhibition time but totally worth it. We paid for the club room with excess to the lounge and business meeting rooms, which turned out to be very useful. Lounge had drinks and food from 530 to 730pm. Staff at the lounge were efficient. Cindy in particular was kind and helped me with some printing. Gym is huge. Club room is big, although a little dated but still very comfortable and came with all necessary amenities. Short walk to the exhibition hall through the mall, and to MTR station. Perfect place to stay if you need MTR as it easily connects to the maglev to airport too.

We invited 18 people for Lunch, where we were well taken care of by the Managers Anson and Gary beforehand. They had arranged a private room for us close to the Brunch area for easier access, and also had the assistant manager Tom on hand to help with the drinks and coffee from the bar. Not to forget their 2 filipino bartenders Ace and Cyril who were quite welcoming and on previous occassion (New Years eve party) attended my parents really well.
Taking into account there were some people who were vegetarian, the chefs at the brunch area didn't hesitate to cook few special vegetarian dishes for my friends to enjoy (this is particularly important as restaurants dominantly serve non vegetarian food, so this special gesture was greatly appreciated).
Lastly I would like to thank and recommend F&B manager Anson for arranging everything flawlessly, definitely one of the best and memorable afternoon at "The Brew." Definitely will come back!

This was my third stay at this hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Good beds!
The “Club level” rooms are on the higher floors which provide an amazing view (ask for a view towards the city, not the next door Expo Center) minibar included and access to the “Club Lounge” for Breakfast, afternoon tea and evening happy hour with all the food and drink you’ll need.
The Club Lounge staff is very kind, especially Sammy, and make you feel at home. Calvin the very kind Club lounge cook kindly prepares anything you want.
The shopping mall attached to the hotel is also worth a visit, with various nice restaurants.

We spent two months in Shanghai, exploring various hotels,and our absolute favorite was the Kerry Hotel. The hotel offer spacious room with stunning views. Across the street lies Century Park , one of Shanghai’s largest parks spanning 345 acres. It’s a treat to watch people jogging on the specially designed rubber track, covering a refreshing 5 kilometers. The park hosts Various seasonal flower exhibitions, making the air exceptionally fresh.
The room at Kerry Hotel are neat and tidy , with courteous houses keeping staff always asking if there anything they can do for you. Convenience is a key highlight, with the subway just below the hotel connecting to various parts of Shanghai. An 5 minutes drive away is the Maglev train, taking only 8 minutes to reach Pudong international Airport for just 80RMB round trip.
Connected to the hotel is a shopping mall, supermarket, children’s toy and clothing stores, and a variety of restaurants offering both Eastern and Western cuisine.
The fitness facilities took us by surprise; the gym is well-equipped, facing a panoramic view. There’s an Olympia-sized swimming pool, Tennis and basketball courts , and a play area for children.
The breakfast spread is rich with too many choices to count. The staff in all areas of the hotel are incredibly polite and always ready to answer your questions.

We’ve stay at Kerry parkside hotel at weekends. We went to sports centre at 4F, when the elevator door open, it was unbearable noisy and too crowded. It is not a five star hotel like operations and it left a really bad impression to me. Apparently it is lack of operation stuff to service, and no control of the footfall at all. It is not fair for Guest choose regular price to tolerate with the guest choose a cheaper package.

The club lounge in Kerry Hotel gave us memorable experiences about the superior services, quality food and great views. From reception to cook, the highly attentive team are such warmhearted and attention to details. You get warm greeting from everyone you met. The lounge offers quality hot food and variety changes everyday. You can taste many famous chinese dishes here like Peking Duck. The spacious lounge is always clean and decorated beautifully. It provides excellent working and relax area overlooking Shanghai Central Park. We really appreciate the impeccable service at club lounge.

Overall, it's a good hotel. But the room service was terrible. Ordered breakfast and it came in plastic takeaway boxes. I got some eggs and sausage with raw arugula on top. No salt or pepper on the side to add to my liking.
My partner got waffles. Also in plastic takeaway boxes. Very dry and not good.
Room service is obviously expensive, so we expected they would at least give us plates.
Also paid 80 RMB for the "bread basket". It was like 5 stale croissants. No actual bread. Just five stall pastries clearly bought from a store. I couldn't even finish one.
Also, no minibar price list. Looked everywhere, they didn't have it. But expensive minibar items were intermixed with the free stuff like tea bags and instant coffee.
When I called for a basic thing like ice, I spent probably an entire minute waiting for someone to pick up the phone.

We enjoy buffet dinner at The COOK a lot. Alice, our waitress, is very friendly and provides excellent service. Food is very good and has good variety. It has many styles of cuisine, such as Western, Thai, Chinese, Cantonese BBQ, Malaysia, Japanese. The serve high quality of dish, like Wagyu beef, giant prawn, sea cucumber etc. The dessert bar full with colorful sweet treats. The environment is very nice too, good for family gathering.

We really enjoyed our first time stay! The hotel is perfect for families with small children. Adventure Zone and the Kids’ pool were the highlights of the hotel. It’s a great location as well because it’s next to Century Park and Kerry Parkside. Unlimited entertainment.
The negatives for mainly English speakers. There are a lot of great features such as ordering room service and other bookings by using the wechat platform app. Those things are only in Chinese (from what I could tell). I was overwhelmed with figuring out what to do.
We will come again!

Ella is really nice, attentive and make the room super tidy. She replenishes the coffee supply, toothpaste supply and ask me what else I need for the room. She is very sweet and introduce some interesting places to visit when I have some free time. I feel super cozy here and will recommend my friends to stay when they visit Shanghai. I will definitely use the hotel for my next business trip
