We stayed at this hotel twice at the beginning & end of an Archers trip to China. Different rooms each time, but they were clean, modern, had large beds, and good views over the city. The restaurant was small, but food service was good. Location is excellent, its next door to an MRT station, & its around 40p to travel...

We stayed at this hotel for five nights and it was very modern, with room facilities up to date, new and maintained. There was free internet provided in the rooms, as well as Wi-Fi in the lobby and public areas. Rooms (the twin ones at least) were nice and reasonably big, with comfortable beds and sufficient space. The hotel is...

There is genuinely a MAJOR problem at this establishment, and by word of mouth I would guess they will not have too many repeat customers, which is just a HUGE pity as the place has so much potential. We stayed in a Deluxe room for a good price with free internet, and the voucher from Hotel Club stated it included...

Convenient location to most attractions - 2 minutes walk to Dong'an Road South MRT Station, where you can take Line 4 or 7 to most attractions. Nanjing Road will only cost 4Y. Breakfast is good but a bit crowded on days when large tour groups are lodged here too. Room spacious and clean

This hotel is being scored as poor as it really has a major problem with its staff. From the grumpy and disinterested people on reception to their utterly inept staff in the restaurant and kitchens, it seems that the people working at this hotel have no clue about service. The rooms themselves (providing you get one of the larger ones...

We stayed there for a couple of nights, the room made did good job for cleaning and we had good breakfast there. There were a little kitchin and a little walking closet in our bedroom, we felt it`s like a little condo. The only bad thing was that the drainage of the bath-tub was bad.

I spent 3 nights at Xuhui International Executive Suites in Shanghai but cannot say that it was a pleasure. Although a room looked really nice there was a problem with an air-condition which was very loud. Surprisingly, at the front desk we were told that we have a reservation for 2 nights although we booked a hotel for 3 nights....

We stayed here for the first two nights and last two nights of a two week Cosmos tour of China. We found it very comfortable and had no complaints. The standard of accommodation was great throughout the tour but the beds in this hotel were definitely the most comfortable we encountered in China (the Chinese like their beds hard). It...

I spent 2 weeks in this hotel, so feel that I am suitably qualified to discuss this hotel. The rooms were very new and clean and this was the best part of the hotel. But for a "4 star hotel" with 426 rooms, it was lacking in many aspects. Firstly the customer service was extremely poor. Never before have I...

[1] Guestrooms: The bed was so comfortable! It was VERY easy to fall asleep in them. The blankets and sheets were perfect. I think by far they had the most comfortable beds in any Chinese hotel I've ever slept in. The rooms were quite large by China standards. There are two single beds (although they looked much larger than single...
