This was our last hotel on an eight day tour of China. You have to take into consideration that the type of hotel you get on tour type holidays is catering for the masses & you personally cant pick where you are going to stay. The first & second hotels we stayed in ( Beijing & Xian) where of four...

Ok hotel, not too far away from town but with a very busy breakfast restaurant. Totally over capacity breakfast restaurant. If you do not mind taking 20 -25 mins taxi from the Bund to/from the hotel you will be fine. Gym opens at 7 am. It is too late. Staff has very limited English language ability.

Very disappointed. When you hear it's a Wyndham hotel you think International 5 star hotel. Wrong in this case. Great entrance poor service. Room decor is old and shower leaks onto the bathroom floor.Breakfast was not as good as other hotels. English is not good and service is extremely poor. But I'm sure it is the right price for Sinorama...

Despite looking fancy and seemingly good facilities, the cleanliness and service of this hotel was extremely poor and lacking. Upon check in, the receptionist service was haphazard, failing to inform us of key information like wifi passwords and we were given only 1 room access card as they've ran out of access cards. We requested for a non-smoking room but...

Stayed here for two nights for a work meeting. Pros: The hotel itself is quite large and the facilities look nice for the most part. The bed is comfortable. Cons: For a "five-star" international hotel chain, one would expect the staff to at least have a functional ability to communicate in English. However, none of the staff were able to...

This hotel was not up to the standards of the other hotels on our Sinorama trip, which were excellent. Although the beds were comfortable, overall the hotel was not very clean, it was not well managed. As soon as you walked in, you saw the dusty chandeliers. When I asked for a second room key, they said they had so...

The last hotel on our Nexus tour and it was quite impressive. Some reviews suggested it was not the best, but we were upgraded to a mini suite on the 29th (?) floor and the room and everything in it was great. As you open the door, the curtains automatically open to let in the view. We looked over parts...

Stayed for two nights on a tour of China. Was the worst hotel on the trip with maintenance issues and staff who were unfriendly in the restaurant and front desk. Found mold in shower and bathroom was generally not clean. Staff at breakfast were surly and unwilling to replace empty food containers.

We spent 2 nights here and found the room beautiful and the view amazing. However, others in our group did NOT have this same experience. One couple had black mold in their shower and requested a new room. Due to the late night check-in, they were not accommodated until the 2nd night. The room was better, but still not as...

We stayed here with a Nexus Tour, and were on the 17th floor. The Wyndham seems to be trying to update itself, and looked impressive when first in the room, but just a few little things show its flaws. We had 2 drawers that wouldn't stay closed once I'd looked inside (don't we all have a look around??) and I...
