Overall: We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and would stay there again without hesitation. Well done to all staff who made us feel very welcome.

Apart from the bad apple, checking in and out went smoothly, housekeeping was good, lovely large room with good bed and linen. Good towels and shower pressure. All round pleasant stay at a centrally located hotel apart from one person who can sour things greatly and make one choose a different hotel in future. Fortunately there are many in the area in the price range.
Please consider USB ports in the rooms to charge devices as most hotels now have.

Especially abroad and alone whilst travelling, there are plenty of other hotels out there that will value your time and opinion. There is nothing here that will make your trip extra special nor is there anything available here that makes this a hotel worth considering.
Service from the concierge staff is very good, but the reception staff leaves something to be desired.
Breakfast food has no variation. Every day it's the same menu, bad for those who stay more than 2 days.
