stayed here 3 days. 1 adult business traveler. booked through HIS travel agency in Japan. Arrived around 8pm. Front desk had no english speaking staff. Check-in proceeded normally. The room was small, with dated interior. chipped, cracked things here and there. Slight damage everywhere. Random slipshod quick-fixes,etc. Bedding was ok. Stiff mattress and soft pillows. The bathroom was large, but...

Well at least we had hot running water in the shower and the toilet was clean, but for the rest it was a disgracce. I have seen better furniture on the side of the road waiting for a council pick up.The staff at reception could not speek a word of English and were not interested in helping in any way,...

Dirty. Needs a good scrub. Broken loose tiles in shower. Ripped wallpaper. Broken refrigerator. Dingy. Reception area smelled like rotten seafood. Reception workers don't care much. Toilet hesitant to flush. Saggy bed. On the plus, amazing water pressure. Water so hot you could cook an egg in it. TV remote worked.

Falsely advertised; absolutely not a 4 or even 3 star hotel, as advertised on booking sites. Very dirty and decrepit rooms, with glaring signs of ill repair and absence of housekeeping visible despite dim (not mood) lighting. Changed 3 rooms: 2 didn't have working safe, 1 smelled worse than an ashtray in a whorehouse. All really gross and unpleasant. Spotty...

This hotel is not very good to stay, rooms are very small, lobby is very narrow and they often put there there service items in lobby , swimming pool is outside of hotel in the parking area, when I stayed there was construction site running behind the hotel so it was very noisy, silk market is next to hotel, metro...

I had read the reviews, but went ahead with the booking nonetheless in an attempt to penny pinch. The first night was awful, hardly got any sleep because of the smell and woke up itchy. Bathroom was okay, had a nice shower however a lot of lime scale and the bath mat was filthy. Likewise, wanted to make myself a...

Rooms are big size but everything is old, scratched and dirty. Receptionists doesnt speak english. Breakfast is terrible, we didnt have breakfast in the hotel any of the days we stayed. Location isnt good, you need to take a taxi to go everywhere and is not easy to take one in this neighbourhood.

I went to Shanghai with my friend and we stayed in a twin room for a night. Although the room was quite small, but it was enough. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was way above our expectations. It was huge with both bath tub and standing shower. The location is so-so, 5 to 10 mins walk from metro...

Ok, the location may not be the best, 10 minutes walk to nearest metro station, but you can call for an Uber and the ride to city center will cost you around 8-10¥ so not such a big deal, rooms are much better than those hotels near Nanjing road which are smaller and a bit more expensive. I stayed my...
