Beautifull hotel with an incredible view on Shanghai. The room and the sytle of the hotel is very pure, sober, simple in a good way. The shower itself is worth the experience !The staff is well trained, professional and smiling. Overall 5 star . Hotel and review !

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

This is my first park Hyatt property that I stay and it become my highlight of my stay in shanghai. This property was totally outstanding in term of excellent in their "software" and "hardware" of the hotel. Strolling into the hotel make you wonder what this hotel like. With 3/4 door apart toward the lift, bringing you to the "forest"...

Love the entryway to the Park Hyatt Shanghai. It's a minimalist stark contrast to the hustle of Century Avenue and Pudong. The three statues bowing as you enter the elevators always leave a happy, lasting impression. The Cafe on the 92nd floor is worth the visit. Make a reservation to get a table, though the bar is just as good.

Thank you for your review. Our entrance was modeled after a traditional Shanghainese residence. You can still see this type of housing around the city however it is becoming more and more rare. We are happy you noticed the intricacies that make up Park Hyatt and the emotions they were meant to convey. We hope you will stay with us...

Really enjoyed staying at the Park Hyatt Shanghai, one of the highest hotels in the world. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Communication is usually good, and most employees can speak English with little to no issues. The location is not the best, and getting to the train or getting a taxi to the other side of the river...

We appreciate and thank you for your review of Park Hyatt Shanghai. For your next stay, please ask the concierge on the first floor to call you a car using the Chinese version of Uber. This should eliminate any need to wait for a taxi. We are glad you appreciated the views and breakfast on the 91st floor and hope...

To make it very simple , except the view , everything else is wrong - Service is terrible , extremely few people speaks English even at the welcome desk ( for an international hotel it is the lower expectation you can have ) - at the bar we had to open our bottle of wines ourselves as the sommelier did...

This hotel has great view, even though little bit far away from metro station. Harware of the hotel was awesome, but the problem is employee work there. They were not that kind and nice as other Hyatt's ones. But I love the view at hotel.

I am writing this review from my beautiful room on the 79th floor of the Park Hyatt Shanghai. I'm sad to say that I'll be leaving tomorrow morning but very happy to report that my stay here was amazing from start to finish. The highlights for me would be the view (see attached photos) and the food (see MANY attached...

This is a really nice, well maintained business hotel - the lap pool is effectively an elongated bath tub for two swimmers and a gym for no more than 5 persons before one starts to feel claustrophobic (it is packed with machines and weights). Breakfast spread is top quality, variety is sensible. Rooms are certainly generous in size but remember...

As a business traveller this is not my ideal hotel. It's quite stylish and luxurious, no question, but not particularly user friendly. All 5 members of my delegation complained about simple things, like sorting out how the lighting and shower worked. The decor is so dark in the rooms, and the lighting so stylishly dim, that it's hard to even...

Staying in Lujiazui

Neighbourhood Profile
Lujiazui
When people speak of Shanghai’s futuristic skyline, it’s the financial district of Luiazui they are speaking of. Shanghai’s most iconic buildings are located in close proximity to Lujiazui’s elevated ring road and swanky eateries. Sky-high shopping and chic bars fill the highrises around the area. As is characteristic of a world-class financial business district, some of Shanghai’s best malls and hotels can be found in the neighborhood. While everyone on the famous Bund side of the river gazes in awe at these amazing structures, all the buildings here, as well as Lujiazui’s riverside promenade, offer great views of the historic buildings all along the Puxi side. The Lujiazui park often hosts music festivals throughout the year, and park goers can party and stroll in the shadow of some of the world’s tallest buildings.
