I stayed in 3 different resorts on Kadavu during a kayaking holiday. I would rate this resort as poorest of the three. The staff were obviously not happy and I believe that was a reflection of the way they were treated. The beach was the best of the 3 resorts, the coral was average but the service was ordinary. For...

The guest arrived with a large kayak group and their own guides. They stayed only for 2 nights and spent most of their time with their own guides. We find it rather amazing that someone can evaluate the "happiness" of our staff members in such a short time. Groups like this enjoy special rates and deals. For breakfast they all...

The perfect remote island location--magically beautifully, with rooms tastefully furnished in authentic fijian decor, a completely relaxed ambience, fresh cuisine from the sea and the resort's garden, all made even better by an attentive, thoughtful staff who go the extra mile to make every minute the stuff that unforgettable memories are made of. We couldn't have had a more pleasurable...

Papageno is run by two American women with a dream. They have used the Papageno Resort to support the neighboring village. The original owner was an educator and the co-owner is a nurse. These two and their prodigies have used the Papegeno Resort for funding of the village school, and they have increased the education and employment opportunities by adding...

We spent two weeks in the Resort and were the only guests for most of the time as we were off season. We felt like full serviced Robinson Crusoes!! I have nothing in my memory I could compare that to. Food is just incredible - fresh from the garden on the premises (all organic), western and fijian mixed kitchen, simple...

Hi A great start to stay at Kadavu. First time and we are back. Sadly I wasn't 100% and my flu stopped me diving the first few days. Never mind had a great time diving on our next stop. Good food and spacious Bure. We could have had less wind but we managed to kayak to the small Island. Awesome...
