Needless to say, we were not impressed with the cleaning staff and their services. First, a couple of the desktops had a spilled sticky substance on them, but I wiped them down. Second, the bathroom sink was clogged and drained super slow, but fine we dealt with that as well. Lastly, the previous occupant of the room left two pairs of dirty black socks in the room that the cleaning staff did not remove. Granted the pair under the A/C were difficult to see, but the pair in the closet could easily be seen upon opening the guestroom's front door. Here is the kicker though... The next morning, I went to the front desk, showed the front clerk pictures of the dirty black socks, gave her my room number (which she wrote down), and asked for the socks be removed. Laster that evening, upon our return to the hotel for our second and final night, the dirty socks were still in the room. Really, I showed you pictures!?! Anyway, this could have been an isolated incident or perhaps the front clerk was busy and forgot. In either case, I doubt we will be staying at this specific Days Inn again.…

Location was great. Right off I65. Three steakhouses close by. Longhorn on site, Logan’s, and Outback not far. BPS and other shopping areas near by as well. Bed was very comfortable. The room as well as the entire property was very clean and well maintained. Definitely will be our regular stopover traveling from Kentucky to PCB

I frequently stay in Prattville for golf outings. I am an ex-road worrier and very picky regarding my accommodations. I have stayed at other hotels in The Prattville area and for the price you cannot beat the Days Inn. Clean rooms, the hotel very clean, safe, very friendly, clean rooms, comfortable beds and a good shower. Cable, movie channels and quiet. No smoke smell or animal smells as there are no smoking or pets allowed. Loved it! The Longhorn and other restaurants are in walking distance in the same parking lot, or a $10.00 uber ride into downtown Prattville. The breakfast was acceptable.

Great experience. Hotel was in a perfect location - dinner across the parking lot, easy interstate access. Very clean, comfy beds! Much more affordable than others and perfect for our one night needs and stay. Would stay again any time.

This well located, well maintained, friendly staffed hotel is a great choice near Montgomery. I found this location when looking for a hotel within per diem for the area. It is well worth the money and easy to find. Our stay there was great and we enjoyed it fully.

I can recommend this motel. Clean, friendly, good breakfast, discount at area resturants. Late checkin. AARP discount. First floor room. Two soaps. I know that that is minor but lately some hotels only have one lol.

At reservation we were told pool was open got to the hotel and was told that check-in that it wasn’t in there wasn’t nothing they can do about it Carpet by the air conditioner was soaking wet Overall service sucked

Booked this hotel based on some good reviews for a dog performance event in the area, clearly stating on our reservation we were bringing Service Dogs. Upon arrival, evening shift clerk Vladis was extremely confrontational about our first SD staying. We are a non profit Service Dog Training Organization and are clearly aware of ADA and Alabama State Laws. Vladis remained confrontational ignoring ADA and Alabama Laws of what he is allowed to ask and demanded documentation of a SD that does not exist or is required by either law. It escalated further when our 2nd SD arrived. He was talking very loudly in the common area about us, making a scene while pounding on our door and screaming at us. Our room also smelled like smoke and empty cans found under furniture. We asked for a refund and he replied “no and I’m going to fine you for having those dogs”. Not feeling safe we packed our bags, went to front desk, presented our business cards and checked out for reasons of discrimination and the state of our room. Daniel, now on duty, was very helpful and gave us a full refund. We requested that Manager J Patel contact us. We have not received a call in 2 weeks.…

Traveling with my family of 6. We had a mix up with booking at another hotel and after being turned away from many other hotels, Bri at the front desk got us two rooms joined. She even took her time to help cancel and get my other hotel refunded! She was amazing!!
