This was a great condo. Very comfortable and plenty of room. Super clean. The kitchen was beautiful facing out on the ocean. We enjoyed cooking some meals and sitting on the spacious balcony while eating. Hope to be able to get this condo again

I would reccomend this property to family and friends. We really enjoyed our stay here over the labor day holiday. Loved the pool and out door grills. Plenty of space in our condo and very clean. No complaints!!

While this condo has been updated, the cleaning staff clearly isn't doing their job. No toilet paper was left, the dishes weren't cleaned, mildew was in all of the showers, and the dish washer took three tries to finally work.

The property was well maintained and easy to access. We needed a room as close to the beach as possible because of my wife's breathing difficulty. I recommend the Phoenix 1 for close proximity to the beach. The balcony was super large and very enjoyable.More

If you stay at the Phoenix I, there are a couple. Live Bait & Wintzell's Oyster House are basically right across the street. About 1/2 mile down the road is Bubba's Seafood House too. Live Bait has a pretty good night life... More
If you stay at the Phoenix I, there are a couple. Live Bait & Wintzell's Oyster House are basically right across the street. About 1/2 mile down the road is Bubba's Seafood House too. Live Bait has a pretty good night life too. Bubba's food is great! I've never dined at Wintzell's Oyster house though. Hope this helps!!
