All in all, the hotel was a good fit for our family. Although not right on the beach, it was close enough that we got there in about 2 min. driving to a place where there was public access. The room was clean upon arrival, and everything was working. No balcony for our room, but we could look out the...

This is a standard hotel with a standard hotel features and options. Is it worth 200 bucks a night? Nope. Not a chance. But this is orange beach and you are a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to a really handy Walmart. Room is clean and has everything you would expect but it isn't...

Nice and clean hotel with a very friendly staff. The hotel is great for travel baseball teams participating in the USSSA World Series. Located near the Orange Beach Sports Complex, my family enjoyed 5 comfortable nights. I was impressed with the front desk staff including LaQuita who was kind and helped secure a upgrade for my family. Room 416 is...

The Staff was Awesome!!!The Intial phone call, Ms. Laquisha, was very nice. We booked on the way there. I believe she was one of the ladies at the front desk, but she didn't say and i didn' ask. I guest talking over the phone was enough...and that was fine. Our room was ready on arrival and Easy check in. The...

Me and my husband stayed here for 4 days and it was a great experience! The customer service is amazing. On our first night, our room had issues, specifically with the TV. I called the receptionist and asked what was going on. We waited for his response and finally he moved us to a room with the awesome view of...

The hotel was located just across the street from the beach, which was perfect! The staff was very friendly & helpful. Our room was great! It was actually better then what the pictures showed on their website, in my opinion. We didn't hear any loud noises at night from other guests in the hallways or from other rooms. There wasn't...

All the staff was wonderful (housekeeping, front desk, breakfast host/hostess). Anytime an employee saw our family they greeted us and asked how are day was. Did not have to wait around for shuttle service to boardwalk (you stop at the front desk and tell them you need a shuttle and they radio and someone meets you out front in a...

If you are looking for a chain hotel directly on the beach, try the Hampton Inn. I am a platinum Marriott member, therefore my hubby and I always pick Fairfield Inns over Hampton Inns. The staff (front desk and housekeeping alike) at this place is just great and all seem very happy to be at work. Kudos to management for...

I stayed here with my family of five. The room was nice with a little sleeper sofa sections and two tv's which my kids loved. The golf cart service to the beach was very helpful with all the things kids take along for an afternoon at the water. The pool area was clean and had plenty of seating for the...

My wife and I were expending a massive amount of Marriott Rewards points for two nights in Orange Beach - rated a category 7 property - which is a complete joke, given that category 7 usually describes an Hawaiian property. Orange Beach, AL is "the Redneck Riviera," and nothing here is worth that rating. Our king-bed room was smaller that...
