For me, the hotel room itself really convenient & suitable for short trip travel. Because they don't have any cupboard. They have only bed, coffee table, television and toilet. Toilet is okay. the water heater is in good condition. My comment only for front desk people. Even though we did not request for early check in, you don't have to...

My stay at explorer was a plain nightmare. Prior to my arrival I have indicated to change my room from a executive triple to standard. Not only were the changes not done, I was actually charged for my stay prior to my visit. When I was at the property, they took not only 1hr plus to get all my rooms...

Utter Disappointment. The room is very squeezy and it's not value for money. I wasn't paying for a budget hotel but I paid for a price which I expected more. The size of the room is small, like half the size of a standard hotel. There's no cupboard in the room. The kettle and coffee are all placed on the...

Good location for a short stay in Melaka town. Good value for a 2-3 star hotel. The rooms are small and amenities are basic. Can be noisy on weekend nights due to the activities from the nightclub opposite the hotel. The breakfast provided has not much of variety and seating capacity for guests at the cafe is very limited.

As I had mentioned above, just touch down at Melaka. This was my second times to Melaka for business purpose. Highly recommended this Hotel, nice and friendly staff, others than that, a shopping complex located next to this hotel, really a place suit for a shopaholic like me, haha!!!

The room is pretty small which i didn't really mind as i was staying alone. The water heater in my room wasn't working so I asked the staff/maintenance to fix the water heater. The staff has no manners, ignorant and unfriendly. They are not professional when it comes to customer service. A staff named Aril, told me to be patient...

The hotel is centrally located, so it's easy to walk everywhere. The rooms are quite small and the aircon in our room took 20 mins to get cold. The TV was not properly tuned. Wifi was pretty slow and the breakfast is not included in our deal, an extra 15 Ringgit. However, everything was clean and we got some juice...

I have a fascination for new hotels. So needless to say, I book it because it's new. Yah...even the café is not really done up yet. Simple and no frills hotel. The good part is that it is so near to all the malls. We are right next to Mahkota Parade!
