This hotel has seen better days. The reception area is decent and clean. Rooms are old and have a musky smell. Ok if you are here for a night not more, especially with the amount of money you pay for a room per night.

I stayed here for 2 night as I have a wedding to attend at a nearby wedding. Room was not ready eventhough I arrived at 2pm. However there is a nearby mall where there are wide choice of restaurants to choose from for lunch. I was given a room overlooking straits of malacca, very spacious room. Had breakfast at the...

Honestly, we have travelled the world over, staying in B&Bs, self catered accommodation, hostels, motels, boutique hotels, generic hotels. This is the first hotel I’ve ever been to that does not seem to want to exist as a hotel. It truly feels as if the owners are letting it die a sad slow death before they knock it down and...

Front counter staff took the initative to inform housekeeping to help us join the twin bed into one. Was given a room on the highest 22floor with nice view of malacca. Checkout was not so great as cashier did not return the deposit of rm100 until we remind them. And they still need us to show them the invoice before...

The hotel is in convenient walking distance to the heart of the city, as close as a hotel of this size can be.The room was very nice with a cosy couch corner at the window. Everything worked perfectly fine and I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Good choice for fish and seafood lovers, limited for non fish and seafood eaters. Service was poor. It started at 11.30. When we arrived at 11.45 nothing was ready. They had run out of Heineken before they had started. The manageress said it would take a while because they had to get it from another outlet. When I asked 45...

We were impressed with the check in at 21st club check in. It was a swift and they were excited to show us the new club lounge before we...

Location: Though a distance away from the famous Jonker street yet central enough for most tourist attraction sites. Price: you hardly can snitch a booking if you didn't place your reservation early enough - this tell you about pricing and quality :) Cleanliness: Good for 4 star
