Good afternoon all! I would like to leave my review about our stay at CozyNook resort. We have been there twice, last time stayed from 15 till 21st of November 2021. CozyNook is a Seasonal resort, a complex of 25 huts tucked away in the North corner of Palolem and stretched alongside the beach. How to find it? When you enter Palolem beach through the main passageway, turn right and walk till the end. CozyNook has its own unique nature-friendly style with lots of wood, stone, palm trees, decor items. You can actually see and hear the sea waves while you are at the hut. It looks like the resort is actually a part of the jungle, beach and nature, not like something artificial, made by men. The location at the end of the beach, where the sea flows into the backwaters, makes it even more picturesque and interesting. Interior design deserves separate praise: attention to the details (like water tub at the entrance to clean sand from your feet, hot water at the shower, lots of space to keep your baggage, no problem with the electricity supply, free wi-fi, furniture from Rajasthan, beds with canopies, palm trees built into the design of the huts themselves, a lot of design items made of natural materials: wood, stone, etc. There's even a library at the lounge. This place is not about the night partying and noise 24 hours a day. This is a place about relaxation, rest, recovery, meditation, unity with nature. The place, where one wants to come back again and again, where you feel like home, where you're always welcome. And so many do: a lot of tourists who come back to CozyNook year after year, and are not going to change it for another hotel. And, of course, the main treasure of Cozynook are the people, the staff, its owner (very attentive, hospitable, active and creative person), who, by the way, has been running this resort for 25 years), the guys who run the bar and restaurant, the chefs. They create that warm and welcoming atmosphere and make your stay there comfortable. By the way, there's an interesting new offer on the menu: pizza. It's not the classic Italian version, but it's not Indian either. Guys, I personally advise everyone to try it: very tasty, soft and juicy meat, lots of toppings, a lot of cheese, everything made from the scratch by the chef. In addition to chiling on the beach and at the restaurant area , you can go kayaking in the mangroves river, especially early in the morning, just before dawn, with a camera: definitely do not regret it, such an experience is something, ringing silence, peace, still water and birds singing, in the canals themselves only the sound of your oars, peace and quiet. Come to Cozinook, you won't regret, proven by experience!…
If you have kids and looking for them to play while you enjoy your peace this place is perfect, the beach is at your doorstep, very peaceful place. A river behind your cottage, birds and waves wake you up In the morning. A must visit if you looking to escape loud music and people.
Travelled in the end of November. We spent a total of 7 days in the property. after spending 3 days we checked into the property for the remaining 4. The property is on the beach with access to the waves a minute away. One of the best jovial staff, and an excellent owner. This property is surrounded by sea, river and 2 small island hills. A must visit if you are looking for a work action, or a family break.
This is a perfect place for a family with kids, a awesome place to work, clean rustic with a modern twist cottages. One of the most down to earth and humble owners i have come across. ( Aggie) Do visit if you want a peaceful vacation with a Cottage facing the sea or the one facing the river both options are available. The sea washes up to the steps and goes back a fair distance works out perfectly for the kids.
Basic accommodation in the beach hut but comfortable. Very attentive staff providing good food. Very resonable proices in the bar. Excellent Yoga classes. I indulged in regular massages from the onsite therapists at very low costs
I stayed here for six nights in December. I had a luxury hut with a view of the sea, it was well worth the extra cost. Very spacous and at the end of the site so no noise from other guests. Cozy Nook is at the end of the beach and is well away from any noise. The silent discos arent as silent as I imagined they would be but it didnt affect my stay. The restaurant is also good with a wide variety. I looked at other places to eat and only found one I liked, Ciarans, otherwise kept going back. It is quite difficult to find as the last few minutes of the is walking throuh a couple of other sites with very little sign posting, but the locals were all very helpful, however if you arrive late at night, I would suggest that you ask the owner to arrange a driver as they will know exactly how to reach the destination. There wasnt really any price difference between that and the pre paid taxi from the airport. Would definately recomend this place.…
We have stayed at Cozy Nook for two nights after seven nights in Majourda. The rooms are very rustic shacks with an elevated balcony. The bed was great and dropping off to the sound of the Arabian Sea was fabulous. The bar area is very relaxing with views over the bay of Palolem. Service first class and made very welcome by Raj and the AJ If want something different and very Chilled you won’t go far wrong here
Take a beautiful walk and discover this absolutely cozy and relaxing restaurante and bungalows at seafront in Palolem Beach. Also has yoga classes and therapies to take and enjoy. incredible sunsets with chill music..
First time in Goa and couldn’t have chosen a better place to relax, unwind and soak up the beautiful scenery and Goan beach life. Cozy Nook is so special. The huts are decorated with character and meet your basic needs. Going to sleep hearing the crashing of waves is so calming. The food is amazing, especially the tandoori. Staff are helpful, friendly and make you feel like family. Had the best ever massage with Ruban and there is a good selection of daily yoga classes overlooking the sea. Chilled vibe, nice guests - no big egos here... it’s just paradise. Definitely will go back.
I was so lucky to walk up the beach and find that this place had a few nights vacant. They have the best accommodation in Palolem in the best part of the beach it feels isolated and it’s interesting; as you can cross the river mouth on low tide and explore the area. When you have had enough of the beach there are lots of interesting places to relax around the gardens. The accommodation is very clean welcoming and unique. The owners really care that you enjoy your stay. They were fantastic I can fully understand why so many people return year after year.
