We went to Goa in March 2023 with friends and their families. We were three couples and six kids. We opted for a studio apartment stay. It was a 1BHK setup with good furnishing and interiors. We booked three rooms. The availability of WiFi, TV, Refridgerator, Induction stove, and utensils provided us with ease in staying out with kids. Our room has a beautiful big balcony with a poolside view. The food was average. We preferred eating outside at Kanha and Dwarka restaurants. They offer yummy vegetarian food. Calangute beach is the nearest one but very crowdy. However, you may go there for shopping at the beachside market. If you like dark chocolate you must try death by chocolate pastry (liquor one) at Infanteria cafe near Calangute beach. We went to Ashwem beach which was 10 km away. It was amazing. You must visit it during sunset if you like to be a less crowded place. We took our kids to splash water park which is nearby. The kids had fun there. One must carry good sunscreen there and apply a generous amount of it all over the body to avoid sunburn.

We booked a 2bhk villa with private pool and the only good thing was the private pool rest everything was bad or less than average.
The property is not maintained, they don't even give dental kit or slippers. Even asking for extra towels was an argument with them.
The don't serve liquor, no non-veg food and no food service after 10pm.
They can even go out to buy something for us.

Mixed feeling.. Response to mail and phone enquires were tardy to get booking and answers. Very curt dealings. Not warm.They actually come to door to make u check out.. Well hmm.. Room- Neat, maintained.Cloth rack for wet clothes.Sheets/ Towels clean. Wall switches.. Difficult to know whether its on or off.Breakfast not included No Tea/ coffee / milk/ Sugar sachets.. Kettle and utensils available. So got to shop for things if u want early morning hot chai..Restaurant --Starts only past 7.30AM ,Vegetarian. No eggs also. No Sambar for idli/ Dosa.Very non enthusiastic room service.Swiggy etc will deliver to door but there is some serious GPS/ location pinpointing issues. Once they delivered elsewhere and next had to be told over phone about location. Goa is expensive for Food, Transport.. Hiring is an option. Taxis are 💥

Probably one of the filthiest apartments. The online photos and reality don't match up. The place and the water running in the taps has a horrible stench. A serious health hazard. The moment we checked in, saw someone had spit pan on the wall of our private pool area. They tried covering it up but nonetheless we didn't use it for the rest of our stay. The glass on the railing to the staircase was missing. The bathroom and kitchen condition was horrible. The switchboards were covered with grime and sticky. I have attached the pics, because out of experience in our country, ppl who run such places will be super defensive. I really doubt the credibility and the hygiene quotient of ppl who rate this property good. Very misleading for a family crowd. The crowd is more of bachelor/ bachelorette kind. I feel Our young generation need to up their level of hygiene, will be good for our country overall. We were looking forward to spending our vacation in Goa for months and this properties upkeep just spoilt our mood. The whole room stinks of mold, drain, sweat. The pillows and the comforter are literally dark brown with dirt. The moment you land there they hv you pay the balance amount upfront and there are no guesses what their intentions behind it is. have heard a lot of people have walked out of this place taking a loss. the property management doesn't even the decency to compensate such people. Hope the health/ tourism department raid this place. it's after all running as a commercial property for the public. We had booked a total of 6 different apartments here for our group, and there was not 1 among them clean. It was cockroaches, mold, fungus, smelly bathrooms, filthy beddings, ineffective housekeeping, ineffective management overall.... if you have unfortunately booked a room here, pls carry your own bedding. Am attaching the photos of the bedding. The whole time I felt bad making my kids sleep here.

We have stayed in the C-Block 2nd floor and swimming pool view Room was provided to us as we are 4 members. 1 king size bed, extra 2 mattress, sofa set with table and separate table was provided in Balcony. Kitchen was available with utilities such as plates, spoons, sporks, dish washer, electric stove with 3 pans. Over all Bathroom and the Room was excellent with proper hygiene clean and good. We stayed for total 5 nights and it was very good

Place lacks hygiene and has lack of basic hotel essentials like cloth hanging rods etc in bathroom, television was for namesake only. And what makes it worse is the how rude and unprofessional the taxi/rental service people of the hotel are. Overall a very sorry experience staying in this place

Extremely bad experience. Not maintained properly. Even had a rat in room. Surely not worth living. Avoid it. Had to leave after 1 day though stay was for 6 and no refund was given.
Furniture is old, curtains are not good. Does not give a nice experience of stay.
And then rat came in room and it became impossible to sleep

Very reasonably priced, this decent hotel offers all basic facilities. It features a well-maintained swimming pool and a variety of options suitable for groups, friends, official stays, or large families. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the service is friendly and attentive, making it a great choice for various types of traveler’s. It’s pure vegetarian hotel, and quite costly as compared to the quality of food served.

1) Favorable location of the property. 2) Inclusion of a private pool added a touch of luxury. 3) Polite and attentive restaurant staff.
Cons: 1) Room exhibited signs of wear and tear. 2) Presence of cockroaches in the kitchen area. 3) Encounters with larger creatures (mice and frogs) near the pool area. 4) Communal pool water lacked clarity and cleanliness. 5) Concerns about water hygiene and safety. 6) Rude demeanor of the hotel manager at the reception. 7) Not recommended for stays of more than three days due to maintenance issues and hospitality concerns.

The experience was very bad. The room which was allocated was not maintained at all. Firstly the room was not clean,the ac was not working properly,the telecom was not working,the room was very dusty,the bathroom shower was not working,the hall fan was not working,and even the room windows were not closing, which was very scary and unsafe considering we were given a room in the ground floor. In would recommend to first check the room before checking in.

I guess it’s not a single owner property. The booking and stay itself was not an issue, however , like u mentioned there were people always loitering near the security gate, who did not allow cabs or other vehicles which was not something that they owned, what we observed is that they want guests to use the transport and any other facilities provided or suggested by them, if you use anything else, then they start putting pressure on those that come. It was pretty scary but glad we saw that on our way out after check out and vowed never to go back to that place again
