We went to Goa in March 2023 with friends and their families. We were three couples and six kids. We opted for a studio apartment stay. It was a 1BHK setup with good furnishing and interiors. We booked three rooms. The availability of WiFi, TV, Refridgerator, Induction stove, and utensils provided us with ease in staying out with kids. Our room has a beautiful big balcony with a poolside view. The food was average. We preferred eating outside at Kanha and Dwarka restaurants. They offer yummy vegetarian food. Calangute beach is the nearest one but very crowdy. However, you may go there for shopping at the beachside market. If you like dark chocolate you must try death by chocolate pastry (liquor one) at Infanteria cafe near Calangute beach. We went to Ashwem beach which was 10 km away. It was amazing. You must visit it during sunset if you like to be a less crowded place. We took our kids to splash water park which is nearby. The kids had fun there. One must carry good sunscreen there and apply a generous amount of it all over the body to avoid sunburn. …

We have book 2 -apartment 3 bhk . Coorative staff , room was very clean , service is good , it’s best hospitality, 3 night we stay there , Swing pool is Clen . Location is good all thing is near , parking facilities is good 24 hours security gard , room service also good

Our stay at eternal wave was best. The ambience, room cleanliness, pool, kitchen, dining room and bedroom were best. The rooms and washrooms were spacious and clean. Hotel have personal bar as well as restaurant which tasted very well according to our taste buds. The parking section is basement was also a spacious place with 24*7 security guards standing on gates. 100% recommended for someone going to stay un calangute area.

First of all don’t even think to book your stay. They have very bad attitude. From reception to billing everyone was in attitude like we don’t care. We had stay for 2 nights, reception has resisted to share even pdf file of the bill. They don’t like people who book this online may be. We booked it from booking.com Weird experience of you are with your family and you get manners less responses from everyone. It was my last stay at entire calingut beach . They don’t add cgst in bill. Means you cannot even claim the bills.

Hotes rooms are good with good view. But the management, terrible. We went to hotel to book 2 BHK apartment room. After we seen the room, room was good. hence we thought to book through online. but the receptionist told us to book through them and they will give early check in at 10:30 Hrs. and late check-out at 15:00 Hrs. with additional cost 1000 inr. So, we paid extra 1000 amount also for early check in and late check-out. Then we went swimming pool with friends, but the bouncer at swimming was too rude, doesn't know how to speak with guest. On check out date, we went outside for shopping at 11 AM. But they called and asked to check out. so, we informed them that, we have paid extra upon check in for late check-out too. then they said ok. then one more time they called and they told to check out, as there are one more guest has come for check in. So we came for around 13:00 pm to reception to speak with the person. Receptionist denied all the promises. and we tried to packed our luggage's fast. so we can check out. when we handed over room key to reception, they asked to pay more 2000 more for late check-out at 14:00 hrs. After the hotel owner cum manager came to speak with us. when you told full story, he called that receptionist and he denied all the promises and the manager cum owner tried to save the receptionist without know anything. Its advice, make proof of the receptionist about his promises before you book the room from hotel directly…

Place lacks hygiene and has lack of basic hotel essentials like cloth hanging rods etc in bathroom, television was for namesake only. And what makes it worse is the how rude and unprofessional the taxi/rental service people of the hotel are. Overall a very sorry experience staying in this place

We booked a 2bhk villa with private pool and the only good thing was the private pool rest everything was bad or less than average. The property is not maintained, they don't even give dental kit or slippers. Even asking for extra towels was an argument with them. The don't serve liquor, no non-veg food and no food service after 10pm. They can even go out to buy something for us.

Probably one of the filthiest apartments. The online photos and reality don't match up. The place and the water running in the taps has a horrible stench. A serious health hazard. The moment we checked in, saw someone had spit pan on the wall of our private pool area. They tried covering it up but nonetheless we didn't use it for the rest of our stay. The glass on the railing to the staircase was missing. The bathroom and kitchen condition was horrible. The switchboards were covered with grime and sticky. I have attached the pics, because out of experience in our country, ppl who run such places will be super defensive. I really doubt the credibility and the hygiene quotient of ppl who rate this property good. Very misleading for a family crowd. The crowd is more of bachelor/ bachelorette kind. I feel Our young generation need to up their level of hygiene, will be good for our country overall. We were looking forward to spending our vacation in Goa for months and this properties upkeep just spoilt our mood. The whole room stinks of mold, drain, sweat. The pillows and the comforter are literally dark brown with dirt. The moment you land there they hv you pay the balance amount upfront and there are no guesses what their intentions behind it is. have heard a lot of people have walked out of this place taking a loss. the property management doesn't even the decency to compensate such people. Hope the health/ tourism department raid this place. it's after all running as a commercial property for the public. We had booked a total of 6 different apartments here for our group, and there was not 1 among them clean. It was cockroaches, mold, fungus, smelly bathrooms, filthy beddings, ineffective housekeeping, ineffective management overall.... if you have unfortunately booked a room here, pls carry your own bedding. Am attaching the photos of the bedding. The whole time I felt bad making my kids sleep here.…
