We 5 friends decided to visit Goa and we were looking for a place on the beach. Some of our friend recommended this property. We booked 3 suits, which have one sitting room, one bed room a, one toilet and one veranda. Rooms are big but furniture and toilet need renovation. Overall maintenance of the rooms are good and service is prompt. The service boys and front desk people are very polite and ready to help. cleaning of the rooms are regular. But the garden and surroundings need to be looked after. Restaurants doesn't have many choices. Buffet lunch is available but vegetarian. Non veg ala carte menu needs lots of time.Breakfast is so so. there is no choice for eggs and sugar free tea or coffee. Breads are not toasted, neither there is option for toasters. People in the mumbai office is not helpful. I requested for a room for late checkout just after my booking. i was even ready to pay in advance.I have all the whatsapp msg also but Prajakta in Mumbai office didn't arrange for that and didn't even inform me or apologize before hand that they cant arrange the same. We 5 senior citizen had to face lots of trouble due to that.I recommend this place only because of its proximity to the sea and its friendly and helpful front desk staff and friendly security personals and house keeping personals and restaurant staff. Please don't trust Mumbai office.

When I booked this property for my vacation, I was confused and apprehensive about my stay seeing so many bad reviews. But after staying in the property for 3 days my views changed. I stayed in the junior penthouse which is big enough with a living room, a bedroom, a huge fan of bathroom and a huge balcony. It was clean and comfortable. Service was very good even at night. Only area of improvements are, the property is huge but the Gardens are not well maintained. Breakfast can be much better. Overall a comfortable stay. Will definitely visit again.

The experience was horrible. 1) dirty rooms 2) Horrible breakfast 3) frequent power failures 4) Poor maintenance 5) No daily cleaning. The place is unsuitable for families. Can visit if the only priority is being close to the beach.

We stayed at a stretch for 61 days at this resort from Dec 21 to Feb 22. My son and family joined us for 1 month and my daughter and her family joined during Christmas-new-year week. This trip infact is the second long one. We stayed here for 2 months from Dec 20 to Feb 21 also. This place is very conveniently located at calangute beach with all requirements available close by. The rooms are OK with all amenities like safe, fridge , cupboards etc provided. Staff is quite helpful. And breakfast is OK like any 3 * hotel. We almost felt like hotel's family during our stay. We would definitely go back and stay there again.

4) Memorable College Reunion. We had a group college reunion. Hotel organized everything very well. Noel the General Manager went out of his way to help us! They have a large Banquet Hall which leads into the Pool Area.. Hotel organized Live Singing and Cultural Dance performances and DJ another night! Chef sat with us and helped plan the menu.. F&B service staff were very accommodating..
