Hotel is near to bus stand and Calangute beach. First impression was good, so we decided to book. At time of actual stay lot of flaws were noticed. Bed sheet and pillows were dirty, hand spray were not working, window glass were not working, only one bulb in two double bed room Ac room. Staff was arrogant, beds were broken and were given support. So think twice before booking. Go for it if you dont have family with you. Should be a last option. Owner was behaving like he had no idea about these issues, but he knew evry thing and was relectant to spend money on maintenance.

Rooms were stinking. He showed us multiple rooms but all were same. Bed sheets had stains all over it. He brought 3-4 new sheets, all were same. Finally we took the sheet with least stains because we needed to stay over. I have stayed in budget hotels across Goa but this is easily the worst hotel ever. Room clean service is limited only from 9-11 AM so if you don't wake up when the cleaning lady comes, it will never get cleaned The owner owns other guest house (Swapna guest house) which was equally bad Strictly avoid this place

The photographs which they show in some websites are not real. In spite of advance booking and paying the booking amount in their Bank A/c. they did not reserve the room. When we arrived they offered us the dormitory which had landed us in a big problem. The room was shabby and AC does not work. There is no room service available. Bed sheets and linens are pathetic.One good gesture is when we moved to another hotel they refunded back the advance amount.

This hotel was earlier known as Hotel Tibet when i went there for the first time way back in 2010 Now though its name has been changed but everything else is same . Some good things about hotel : 1) Clean and nice room , well maintained Bathrooms / Ac and other accessories 2) Common refrigerator to store your Bud's ! Cheers ! 3) Very close to Candolim , its just a lane away and very nice connectivity to everything from food shops / liquor shops / market / calangute beach / Baga etc etc Overall its a hit with 1800 per room :) Some cons : 1) Bad room service , in terms of speed 2) Then Hotel looks like a bunglow and not a hotel , no service in night , every1 keeps sleeping 3) now have revised there rates to some higher one's :( Conclusion : if you get this hotel below 2000 , then its fabulous , else you may give a try to some other hotels . Note : GOA is the city that never sleeps so you hardly needs your hotel :p…

Location of this place is good if you are planning to stay in Calangute Beach, Rooms are big enough, and comfortable for a vacation stay. The best part of the hotel would be its courteous staff and the fact that its very close to the beach
