Average Points:
1) The rooms were a little damp the moment we entered them.
2) The ac was not operational which was resolved by the hotel
3) The reception counter some how had a gloomy look.
The above negatives that i have mentioned could definitely be because the hotel is under staffed and might be getting back to normal post the Covid Setback.
I am sure this hotel does much better than what i experienced. All the best Team Goan Heritage

Excellent location at beach side. A gate provides direct access to beach. Served nice breakfast with enough menu. Very spacious property with well maintained garden and pool. Room sanitation are timely and good however, few room lights were not working and also leakage of showers was there. Overall, a very nice stay.

The thing that stands out for the place, is its excellent location - it's right on the beach, with direct access from the hotel. The property is a large one and decently maintained.
We stayed in their family suite - large rooms, with basic modern amenities and big attached balconies. A minor gripe was that the room had a musty feel when we arrived which triggered my allergies but it got sorted from the next morning.
The staff was courteous and helpful, at times went out of their way to provide what we needed. The restaurant food options and quality are average. A couple of times room service was a little slow but honestly we didn't mind the occasional delay because our overall experience of the place was super.

I stayed here for 5 nights, location is the only thing that is great. Wifi is v poor and phone network also is poor due to location, service is very average and expensive room rates. Food was also very average.

We had a very bad time celebrating our 25 th wedding anniversary at this place. We had fixed up for 60 guests but due to COVID some families turned positive and only 48 people turned up. We informed them prior about this. But they charged us for 60 guests only. Besides this someone flicked our present. We had an issue with the DJ too. Initially they told us we could get our DJ and 2 days prior they asked us about licences to play music and told us we would need to buy licenses which would be valid for 1 day and costs anything between 60000 to a lakh of Rupees. At the end moment we were forced to take Hotel DJ only. They swindled money out of us on this pretext. They simply switched off the lights at 11 pm even admits our party while one of our guests was giving a speech and took the microphones, saying it was time up. Everything put us off. Would never recommend this place for any celebration.

We stayed there for 3 days as we were done with south goa and wanted to enjoy the north goa specially Bagha beach. This hotel offers relaxed and comfortable stay along with fresh breakfast. It is well connected to one can come any time ( even in late night ). Lots of options/attractions to visit nearby as well. It has nice view to the beach via the palm trees.

I very recently visited Hotel Goan Heritage with people from work. We were honestly picky and particular of what we were looking for within a certain budget as we were a large group of 30 coming from all over India. All facilities provided by this hotel matched our needs. The rooms were big and cozy and very well kept. The swimming pool was huge and the hotel was connected to the beach so it was easy to go to when it wasn't raining. overall it was a great place to be at as during rains and off season , we spent most of our times indoor. The breakfast had good variety, alcohol was of good rates.
Staff is EXTREMELY kind and welcoming.
All in all , no complains and would HIGHLY recommend.

I stayed here from 15-17 feb 23 To give me front room they charged me 1600 extra at arrival. I booked through online potal because they never replied to my mail for booking. Bad service. Every time the reception guy remind for checkout time even one day before check out. Reception staff is horrible. rooms are old and there is no internet. even though they claim to have wifi it never connects in the room. TV dish is horrible and most of the time shows bad weather when its sunny outside. They charge lot but servicw is bad. ambience in the resort os good and accebility to beach is excellent but you can get better at half the price.
They only attend foreigners.. If you are desi you dont have any value to them. Gulami mentality 🤣🤣

We went as friends and booked from booking.com. It was our second time, first time it was really good, we got good rooms, this time when we ask for room, hotel staff said, we keep only back side rooms for booking.com so you can't get front rooms which was bit annoying. Otherwise it was good.

Extremely unprofessional staff, rude behaviour - the lady in the front office and the man handling the gate doesn't have the basic hotelier etiquette. Being a hotelier myself, I cannot believe such behaviour is acceptable in our industry. This behaviour shall definitely be circulated within the FHRAI community by me. The General Manager should definitely train their staff on soft skills and how to treat their guests in the hotel. Definitely not recommended.
