Very nice hotel and conveniently located with all the facilities except one thing. i.e. their room service. Their room service only start from 7 AM which is not at all suitable for a visitor for an early morning tea or coffee. Instead they could have arranged/kept a coffee maker or a kettle in each room with required sachets to make our own tea or coffee. Other than this they have a very competitive staff members to look after our needs. Here I would like to mention two names Ms. Prathiba front office manager and Mr.Ashwaq front office staff for their cooperation and support provided to me during my stay. I wish all the hotel all the very best. Regards Devadas Mobile 00 91 9746266111
I have been there for 2 times. It is a good and cheap hotel to stay at Baga. Hotel rooms are clean and good. Room service is good. it has good view of sea. It also has restaurant named "La Petite Maison".
Good and recent rooms, You can watch see from a yard. Food is good. Staff behavior is also good. Good place for get-together here. One can spend one or tow nights here. There are few service issue, which may dissatisfy you.
This is an average hotel with good rooms and a decent view with a yard overlooking the sea. We negotiated hard and could manage a good bargain. Good for a large group as you can book multiple rooms and come there just to crash for the night.
I am quite surprised to read the reviews of some of the people who have rated this pathetic! Well, this isnt a resort but provides you with a great view of the sea, located right at the Baga creek. You get what you pay for. Has a small lawn in front of the rooms and the rooms are pretty clean. We had negotiated really hard on the price and found it value for money.
The place is extemely horrible, the owner doesnt have a sense to talk to guests. Ruied my entire vacation , definately a nono for all those folks looking forward to a wonderful vacation. The room was dirty and definately not worth the money. There are other cleaner destination just round the corner for you to find place and solace.
I never usually write reviews but I felt I had to so no one else makes the mistake of staying here. The main issue I had other than a very dirty room full of lizards and cockroaches was the terrible staff. The woman who ran the place called my husband many rude things and shouted at him. She refused to return our passports and threatened us, we left feeling scared and vulnerable. We slept with the lights on, and my husband didn’t actually sleep as we were worried we would be robbed in the night or attacked by an animal or insect. It’s also far too expensive and not one other person was staying there when we did; other people had obviously realised the things we did. In the morning we went across to a lovely place on the river just over the bridge which was cheaper and had a swimming pool and charming staff. We had been traveling in India for 2 months and Nani’s was the only place we were made to feel like that. Horrible Horrible people.…
I have visited 6 times in last 4 years to Goa. Head says find a different place but my heart says Nanis & Ranis. One of the best places I like which is very econmical, awesome food( Try the omelets in the morning) and its facing the beach. I am visiting again this year and planning to stay at Nanis'.
I will keep this short, if you want to enjoy Goa stay here. The owners maintain the atmosphere of original Goa...its chilled out, relaxing and a lot of fun. Rooms are small but enough space is there and its so near to everything its not even a joke :)
