It was a disaster that we chose this resort. It was a group booking and the staff was not bothered about us and we waited even to check in for long with kids, with so many families and planning well in advance they had enough time to get us more comfortable. Said that the worst was people are allowed not only to drink alcohol in the pool as the bar is right in the pool, there were people throwing alcohol in the pool were kids were present, all in front of attendants , even smoking and throwing the cigarette in the pool is what i witnessed myself. This is a pool were kids are present. There were stained towel and bed covers and also broken doors.Overall hygiene is extremely poor, we were just waiting to be out of the resort asap.

I have stayed in more basic hotels but never experienced such a shabby upkeep of property. The room we stayed in - supposedly a deluxe room - had many things broken, worn out and in a state of no maintenance. Sample this: The mattress had springs that clearly hurt when you sleep. Door knobs were not working. Passage lights outside room were not working - making the simple task of putting the key in the keyhole difficult. Flush needed long and continuous application for enough water to clean the WC. Room service was equally appalling. When room was prepared and handed over there was no complimentary water, it needed repeated follow-up. Expected a hair dryer in the bathroom, wasn't there. Asked for one, was told some other customer was using it. When reminded was told the hand dryer was not functioning! The pool has a bar next to it. Some guests were leaving their cigarette buts in the water and some even threw their drinks. The hotel staff did nothing to clear it. Staff has no etiquettes - found quite a few of them talk loudly on their mobile phones discussing personal/family matters in front of guests.

Staying in a shack is much much better! RUDE: Starts with the GM of the resort Tarun, who shows limited experience in running a resort or behaving with his guests. His attitude has been very rude. Learning and following him are most of his staff members; (barring a few who were very helpful). The property owner should really look into this. SHOCKING: The place is really decent but it's shocking to see how ill-managed the property is. Fungus-infested molds on the wall, pathetic toilets, stained beds, bed sheets & pillows. No room service after sunset. The swimming pool is not well maintained and is heavily chlorinated. Absolutely not kid-friendly as some drunk guests were pouring liquor in the pool and the staff just kept looking on, in spite of us complaining. PATHETIC: If the rooms are so unhygienic, wonder how the kitchen would be. Our family members had fallen sick with loose motions and were throwing up. The only reason I have given 1 star is, they were VERY EFFICIENT in checking us out from the resort. KUDOS to that!!!

This is the worst resort I have ever stayed in. Horrible hygiene, horrible service , bad attitudes. Absolutely insensitive and rude towards the needs of the customer. Smoking remains and alcohol was thrown in the pool while our kids were swimming in it. My daughter fell sick with severe bouts of loose motions and fever. It’s not worth even one star. I rate it zero.

Ahhh. What can I say about this hotel and where do I begin! I am one of those people who loves going out and staying at a hotel room always tops my list. But this was the first time in my life, I actually missed my home while on a trip. We were going to Goa fo the first time with a big family. We started looking from August for a November trip. When our agent suggested this we were looking at other options, but the resort said the agent had already agreed, so we would have to pay 25% for cancellation. The general manager Tarun, said if we don't pay then the agent has to pay. What resort forces cancellation amount 3 months before the booking. We didn't want to make the agent have to pay, so we agreed. How bad can a resort be right!?! WRONG!!! This was a resort from hell. I have never been treated this badly. Intact it felt like punishment. The resort has terrible rooms. We were given villa K. I don't know when it was last cleaned. The walls has mold growing on it, I should have taken pictures. The beds were dirty and had holes in them, the towels were dirty and had stains on them, the ceiling had long cobwebs hanging on them, all in all it was a khandar. The beds were poking coils into our back all night. The upside to all this was I was up before 6am while on vacation. After a few bedsheet changes we said we will live with what we got. Now comes day 2, we are out of the room all day. We come back to our room after a day at the beach and through thunder storms. We call front desk and ask for clean towels and someone to come clean out room and are told room service has left at 5 and there is nothing they can do, again a shocker, what resort doesn't have backup staff. So while on vacation we mopped our room. Room service didn't clean our room to start with because we hadn't left the key, but my aunt was already on th room, so I didn't think of locking her, to get my room cleaned. But apparently that is the only way they know the room needs to be cleaned. That night we had a buffet, that was scheduled to be served at 7.30pm. we had little children who were hungry so asked the staff to give a small bowl of dal chawal for the child. The staff rejected saying you have to wait till the said time. We had make some noise to he heard. The resort provided an Ertiga to us and again this is the worst vehicle I have seen. It stopped 4 times on us. And all we did was push it everywhere, the next day we were to check out at 11 am and return the car and 11am, after our 24 hour rental. We has gone out on the morning again since waking up at 6 am was so easy. From 9 am the car guy called us 34 times, to add to our adventure the car stopped on our way back, between pushing the car. I get call from the car guy who is fighting with me that the car is not back and the hotel saying our check out time is actually 10am and not 11. They don't have late check out that most places do, you will just have to pay for the whole day is what I am told at the front desk. So after pushing the rental, annoying calls from the hotel car rental and hotel guys. I had someone else pack my bag and left for a train ride back home without a shower. So if adventures is what you want your trip to be, then you must try this hotel. Half the people from my trip came back with a stomach bug, throwing up on the train ride home

The rooms are not maintained at all. Key card doesn’t work. Bathroom lights were not working. No hair dryer. Furniture is not maintained. Towels were smelling bad. It is not a family resort at all. Nuisance was happening in the pool while kids were still in the pool and resort authorities paid no attention to it.

I would never recommend anyone to stay at this place. Being a 3 star property the rooms are in no condition to be let out. The main door did not have a double lock, the bathroom was stinking and we have no clue when it was last cleaned. The toilet flushed red water and after every use it was smelling even more. The bath area had no rods to hang the towel and the bath area door itself was missing and the staff was argumentative about giving a bath math. The AC was full swing and has no temperature control while the fan regulator was broken and was operation only at speed of 1. The food was pathetic and stale and has made all the young once ill. There was no one at the pool side to attend to the adults who were throwing used cigarette and leftover drinks into the pool, all this while our family children were in the water.
