Actually visited in March 21...don't have option to put of before... Loved the area...the resort... A good place to be... The only thing kitchen was closed under renovation when we visited else it's good enough, service was a little slow and acs wernt working as required needed to switch it on all the time for cooling, there was no gas in it. It happened with both the rooms we took.
One of the best budget friendly resort in nort goa. Cottages are very beautifully designed and spacious. Good for couples, family and friends.Staff is friendly. wold like to visit here once again......

Dear couples , families please don't stay in this Hotel , there is no privacy . I stayed here for 2 nights from 3march to 5 march and anyone can peep through the lot of gaps and through the sides of your windows. You can clearly hear what your adjuscent room members are saying if you are lucky to get cottage with 2 rooms...or else only those who are passing by your room will be hearing what you are saying or doing inside. I woke up early morning of 4th and raised the issue to reception but of no use... I recorded the talking and disturbance from the other room and made the reception to hear same and on that evening after making us to wait for a long time we got a separate room that's too visible through glass window sides... After changing our belongings we went outside ... And once we came back we found that the new room linen is not changed....pillow covers bedsheet everything is the one that's being used by previous guest.. lot of curry flow over , stain is seen many place on pillow and on sheet and found the long hair of the lady Customer someone who stayed in that room from the bed.... Worst hotel / resort stay ever experienced and known... Attaching the photos of same terrible and horrible experience. Attaching the photos of same…
Worst vacation we had, terrible room service, mosquitoes, unhygenic rooms.Need to wait and wait for house keeping as the phone was in hopeless condition. Total waste of money. Highly not recommended. Only positive thing Food, but very spicy. After every meal the plates were taken the next day.
Primo Bom is the 3* sister hotel to a 5* hotel down the road - and priced accordingly. Accommodation is in chalets in landscaped gardens, and the whole place is only five minutes from the beach and bars of Calangute and 15 minutes from Anjuna. We were recommended to Primo Bom by a previous visitor, and we weren't disappointed. The chalets are basic but entirely acceptable (and with excellent aircon). The staff could not try harder to look after us. If you're looking for a reasonably priced, authentic and peaceful home base to explore Calangute, Anjuna and Candolim, Primo Bom is thoroughly recommended.
The resort itself is beautiful with lakes in it and nice cottages. Very near to Titos. These are only things good about it. Bads - Reviews about staff are true. Countless bads but putting few here - 1. We had a baby with us and asked for a bowl to serve cerelac to the baby. They staff simply refused saying cutlery cannot be given without buying from kitchen. We faced this for the first time. We said ok do you provide cerelac, obviously they did not but still did not give a bowl. We bought one from outside but a basic humanity could not have said no for baby food. These guys are too cold at heart. 2. Outside food is not allowed. They have muliple sign boards mentioning same 3. Our intercom did not work throughout our stay. We kept complaining. No one bothered to fix. 4. Needless to mention, no menu in the room. So no intercom, no menu, no outside food allowed. So come here, starve and die. 5. Most funny is swimming pool timing. Its 9 to 6 like government office. Most Indians who fear tan either do morning or evening swims and all their guests were Indian. Didn't see anyone in pool for 2 days of our stay for same reason. 6. The hotel and kitchen is run by separate vendors. So no one listens to your complaints saying talk to them directly. I can keep writing bads but these are sufficient to answer. I still feel staff might be good as it is hard to digest the inhuman behaviour they showed but they are bound by some stupid rules. Some employees played a lot with my baby, so they might be good at heart but ruined our 2 days in goa. Side note - The guard at gate is really helpful and jack of all trades. He helps and guides your correctly. So instead of reception, get in tou h with him. …
Staffs are very rude.they dont bother about your stay.nobody came to carry luggage also during check in.only puri sbji n toast n egg available in breakfast.lights are not proper so snakes can be seen room is good but if u have u need to take extra caution.location was good near to baga beach 15-20 min walking distance.nothing to write good for this property .
Cottage interiors are gud..location is very gud as it is near to calungate and dat too in a peaceful location. But the cottages are very isolated. Services are poor. Staff is not tourist friendly. There was pin drop silence here... So missing that goa feeling. Also the resort is very huge and very less maintained. The water ponds surrounding the cottages is very dirty. Buffet breakfast is not gud at all. They are just making it buffet for the name sake. The resort has lot of restrictions. So overall OK. Rest depends on person to person.
This is a unique Eco Resort in absolute proximity of busy Baga Beach Goa India. It's spread over tens of acres of natural lake and gardens. It's a basic villa type accommodation at a fraction of price. Villas are set far apart and one could be walking 100s of meters to reach one's villa. They are comfortable not luxurious. They are built of Tin, corrugated plastic sheets and fabric.!! I've never seen anything like it! Before. Almost like a tented camp! Yet the staff are very super friendly and helpful.. Some maintainence issues longer with light points lamps etc. Overall great value for money and if like waking up to birds chirping away.. This is the place. Food is average! The pool is cool! Big and used by guests.
