One of the best hospitality in the town and I will leave that the majority of the staff is very fine and well mannered and the breakfast was also great plus the cleaning and every essential services were also on at par and very nice when compare to other options at this price and specially the front office manager Satyajit is so cooperative that he had help me out in several ways and in several scenarios

They are in wrong business should be in banking only money matters , Very lazy staff I asked for a coffee during breakfast and the waiter said go get it from there. Toilet seat was not clean but despite reminder that was still same till my checkout. Very limited breakfast /lunch/dinner items they will not ask you what you want to eat they will just force upon you whatever they have in kitchen. I asked for a starter item during dinner waiter didn’t even responded back and just brought whatever he had available. Really disappointed after paying 5200 per day. I bet a hotel with a tariff of 3000 will provide better food and facilities. They don’t give toiletries till you ask. Overall a very bad experience please avoid this terrible hotel if if you do not want to spoil your holiday.…
