The hotel is worse than a dharamshala. Haunted rooms, uneducated nepali staff, haunted and dirty rooms and above all they serve bread with nutralite butter in the name of breakfast. I would suggest not to live there even if you are getting free accomodation. U will regret wasting your valuable time and money if you stay here.

Behaviour of staff at Rivasa emerland was very bad and they seriously used bad words when we had arguments on room services and security guard was not present all time. We paid full amount for 1 room and half for other room however manager was forcing us to pay full amount at check in. The manager Joshua Perreria was very much arogant and not helpful at all. The tv inside the room was not working also no hot water provided. Specially we went in winter and it's post covid days so we have to take bath at least once in day. We requested for hot water many times but hotel staff was giving us many reasons as solar panel not working. We have tap issues and working on that.

If you want to peace of mind when visiting Goa, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. We had extremely bad experience with Hotel. We booked with 3 party website in month advance, because I got better rates and I paid my entire stay at the time of book. Closer to my date of arrival, they cancel my confirmed reservation without informing me. Hotel excuse was that they informed 3 party website and they should of informed me and they can’t do anything about it. Why hell did you (hotel) care to not inform me? So, Hotel placed us in their run down old hotel (2-stars) and I had to go with it as it was late in night and there was not other option. So at the end of the day, I paid higher price for hotel that is 2-star. What a day?! To all my friend and fellow travelers, if you want to ruin your vacation, stay away from this place as far as you can.…

Normally I prefer to choose the hotel based on recommendations of my friends and family members, this hotel was suggested to me by one stranger lady whom I met on Baga Beach. After the stay got over I must say that suggestion was quite good and I am impressed by the service of the hotel. The outer look of the building and the inner ambience truly worth praising. I cannot depict my review completely in words, but yes you are in for a treat if you have decided to go for this hotel. Just loved it.
