On the last day of leaving the Kyriad resort, we felt that we are leaving another home in the resort. Staying 4 days at the resort with family is really a nice and peaceful experience. The resort has given us the family atmosphere and such a kind staff supports every need of the family. All the staff of the resort are always as standby to make hassle-free to us at the resort. The water pool is very convenient for children who even below 15 age and they play in the pool without any worry from keeping watch on them while they are in the pool. The lobby and passage of the resort are very attractive and make us feel so enjoyable. As I said, my family has also loved this resort as getting experience like home. Even, the location of the resort is a very familiar area from which you can reach Calangute beach, market and restaurant by a short walk. The staff of resorts have given very warms welcomed to us on arriving. Really, it is an unforgettable stay experience at this resort for me and my entire family members. I am definitely recommended this resort to my friends and relatives to enjoy the holiday at Goa with family.

We stayed at Kyriad Prestige Goa, Calangute at our trip to North Goa. As we booked just two days earlier of the journey could not read much review only seen the location in the google map and it showed that it was very near to the beach. Upon reaching we were pleased to see that they sanitized all the luggage and checked our temperature. All the rooms including the bathroom was cleaned and sanitized. They cleaned and sanitized the room everyday and refilled our tea, coffee sachet everyday. We took AC room, it has a small refrigerator too. View from the balcony was good too. The hotel has a pool with beautifully decorated garden to capture some awesome picture. Rooms ,bed sheet all were clean. As for the food, it serves huge buffet breakfast with many variety of foods and live counter. As per price it was good. Oveeall a nice experience. Came across the property during our last trip to Goa during the New Year's. They were able to fix-us up a few really cozy rooms considering the really high demand and price surges this was a much better deal than a lot of other places nearby. They also had a really great New Year's party which we somehow managed to be a part of since they had closed down registrations for it.
A must visit if you're in the North Goa area and looking for great accommodation in a budget!

AC was not cooling properly when we checked in the room on Saturday. Housekeeping trolly was placed right outside our room door. We didn't bring all this to reception's notice since we were there for only 1 night. There were many Mosquitoes in the room and I suppose repelent was not effective. There seemed to be lot of dust in the room specially the floor and furniture.
We were provided early check-in. Hotel was facing power fluctuations at regular intervals however hotel's generator backup was very efficient. Breakfast spread was limited (as compared to our last visit) but food was yummy. F & B Service and Front office team members (special mention of Ankita and Anaya) were very courteous, patient and humble.
We will definitely visit Kyriad Prestige for our future stay at Calangute. Just please take care of above points. Thank you.

My wife and I booked a 3 week winter sun holiday at the Kyriad Prestige hotel. Firstly, let me emphasise that the restaurant and bar staff (Hemant and Lorenzo) to name but 2 could not do enough for us, but when it comes to housekeeping, well that is a totally different matter altogether. On our arrival we were allocated room 3 on the ground floor in block A the view from the balcony looked out onto a white slatted store or such like which was approximately 1-2 MTRS from our balcony but with a walkway in between which hotel staff used which made it impossible to sit on the balcony or have the curtains open. We complained about this room and were offered a 2nd room (room 207) on the 2nd floor of block A, this time the view was of a busy noisy street at the back of the hotel. Whilst the view was far from perfect it was better than the 1st room. Fairly early on in our holiday we noticed that the bed linen and towels had a light brown colour with darker brown stains on the towels. We complained about this and they were changed and slightly improved for a couple of days then reverted back to their original state. Towards the end of the 3rd week my wife was reattaching the strap of the mattress cover which meant pulling back the bottom sheet where she noticed the disgusting state of the mattress cover which had patches of black mould and adult bodily fluid stains. My wife left a note for housekeeping on the bed requesting it be changed and went straight to reception to complain, the mattress protector was changed the same day but how could the housekeeping staff allow this disgusting cover to stay on the mattress knowing that they would see it every time the sheet was changed. Owing to the fact that our balcony looked out onto a busy noisy street and was directly opposite another hotel we did not use it for the duration of our stay. On one occasion during the last week of our stay we went out onto the balcony and found a nesting pigeon behind the air conditioning unit with bird droppings on the floor beneath, the small patio table, the balcony railing and the balcony floor was so dirty and dusty it obviously had not been cleaned for some days. We again complained to the reception staff who between them and the head of housekeeping arranged for the pigeon to be cleared from behind the air con unit, cleaned all the pigeon droppings from the balcony and swept and cleaned the balcony floor. This is in no way a 4* hotel standard and the pictures of the sunbeds around the pool, the outside restaurant seating and the outside bar area seating are years out of date. A very disappointing 3 week stay.

Everything from check in to check out was very good. All the staff including kitchen, housekeeping and room service were very helpful and always smiling. The location of the hotel is very good. During the stay, I was not feeling good one day, so the chef specially made Khichdi for me and the staff kept enquiring about my health. However, they need to improve a little in the taste of some items in the breakfast. Overall we had an excellent stay.

It was good experience to stay here.Staff was so friendly and cooperative. Beach is very clean.hotel is near to calagute beach which is at walking distance from Hotel. That was our first tour trip to Goa for a vacation. The tour operator Anex tour recommended your hotel, i read reviews on the Internet, looked at photos and location and booked a standard room. We liked everything, the hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk to the sea, Kolangute beach, there are many shops and fruit stalls around. The hotel is clean, towels was clean and change fastly, swimming pool is clean, the food is delicious, we only had breakfast, a good varied menu.
Once we ordered room service - it was delicious. Right behind the hotel there is a nice spa, we did a head massage, we liked it. I recommend this hotel as it is clean, safe, friendly staff. The rooms are a bit old, but if something doesn't work, they are repaired quickly.

Talk about hospitality,it is kyriad calagnute We had a 3 night stay to enjoy the Kyriad and were very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding places to visit in Goa The hotel is very clean throughout, and our room was spacious with everything that we needed. Breakfast was substantial, and suited all tastes. We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

You have free towels at the pool side. However we caught the pool attendant just folding up used ones and giving them out again. This happened many times. The pool is also filthy and not an acceptable standard.
There was no facility to change at the hotel but many in the town. We used a jewellery shop just down the road who were very friendly and helpful.
If you still have the chance book somewhere else this is not a four star hotel more like 2 star.
It doesn't matter how many sun beds, there will always be sun bed wars and those that claim a sun bed with a towel at 5am.
I prefer the air-con to cooking my self. Each to their own.
"Prebook well ahead of Season (Oct.toFeb) time, to avoid disappointment. Limited parking. Rooms close to pool are noisy. Walk to beach in 3mins. Cash/Card/UPI paymen"
