The location was very Good. It's hardly 400-500 Mtrs from Calungate Sea Beach. The Hotel was neat & Clean, Staff was supportive & Food was awesome. Only the Service in Restaurant was little delayed, the explanation received from management was that this is due to less staff because of Covid. Buffet Breakfast have variety of choices. Overall stay was comfortable. Only request to Management is to provide Bucket & Mugs in bathroom during the stay.

We had a very relaxing stay at The Avenue, Calangute with seamless check-in and check-out process. Special mention to their great service and courteous staff. The rooms are clean, pool is well-maintained and the food is excellent as well. They also have shawarma available for a quick evening snack and a variety of fast food options as well.

This trip to goa gave me a new experience, as I planned to hunt for some good hotel Avenue hotel was the first one my friend recommended.. the price reasonable and the hospitality I received was upto the mark. There are lots of restaurants & essential stores for tourists to visit & all the sight seeing places are closeby from Candolim to Arpora Really it's a gem in the heart of the city. The c/in was smooth, the food was delicious & the overall service was too good. Thankyou to The Avenue Calangute!!!! For providing me the best vaccation I had in goa!!! Will visit you guys again!!!!

i had booked two deluxe rooms from 27th may to 31st May 2022. Deluxe rooms are apparently premium rooms for which they charge extra. My main observation/grouse is that they told me that the room has wifi connection and packed a bit of work along assuming a reasonable connection. when i checked on the connectivity issue, i was told to keep the door open to my room as the routers were outside. The next day when i complained again, the technical guy came and told me his "Youtube"was working and hence no issues . i showeed him that the connection was varying from 5mbps to 0kbps in matter of minutes. He did not have a clue on how to check speed. I was later informed by the Manager Manoj Nair that GOA is a recreational place and internet connectivity usually varies. I have never faced an issue during my previous stays includding B&Bs Homestays. He mentioned that they have tried various ISPs but nothing seems to be working and asked me to live with it. SO right now living with it. Overall a very average place.. Swimming pool is very small unlike what you see in photos. not well maintained. The complimentary breakfast is average. No one seems to be interested to serve you or wanting to engage with you. Cleanliness is below par maybe because of the construction happening around the hotel

The wifi connectivity we provide has a reasonable speed. Sometimes the connectivity fluctuates due to network issues from the ISP which is a backend problem, on which we don’t have any control. Even when we had sent the technical person to check the wifi connectivity on your phone the internet was working fine. For Breakfast we serve Indian & continental food, We continuously upgrade and refresh our menus and buffet offering at our restaurants, ensure that customers enjoy their experience. The breakfast buffet is self-service and out staff is available to assist you.

One of the best family hotels out there, with clean beds, cooperative staff, impressive breakfast spread to a centralised location. This was our second time at this place and definitely going to be our choice for next time as well. 100% recommend.

Very poor service with very poor staff . No politeness in staff very rude receptionist mr manoj . He is like very new person he don’t know how to talk with customers he don’t have any permissions to do anything for customers. Food is very poor not good in taste I don’t like and poor in cleanness . I am never recommend this hotel to anyone and I will never stay in this again in my life in hotel .

First impressions were it's a palace, but the crackling from one of the sockets, followed by the dirty pool followed by the smell of urine in the bathroom quickly changed our minds. We moved to the supposed 5 star grand avenue and within minutes had someone out to get the fridge working then to fix a faulty light, I will speak to them tomorrow obaout the bathroom extractor seeming not to work and the poor shower pressure. AVOID

Wow !! I visited this place with my friends. It's very good hotel and ambience is very good. The staff and the food is amazing . Love the pool view and the rooftop top lounge. Highly- recommended. Must visit if ur visiting goa. My friends and I had a very nice time together. Enjoyed our visit to the avenue. The hotel is very clean and hygienic. Food is fresh and very tasty. Both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes are tasty and nice.

At first I was sceptical to book room with local hotel, but going through sever positive review about property finally decided to book. Surprisingly I had a pleasant stay at property, I had booked Double Deluxe and the room was quite spacious enough for my family. I quite like the property, cleanliness was spotless. Only disadvantage was the smell of drain in washroom. Breakfast was average too. If anyone looking for budget property with spacious room can go for it.

I was recommended by my friend to stay at this hotel the avenue. I am glad that I booked this hotel. Avenue is situated on the main road of calangute.
Check in and check out was smooth, staff is amazing at the hotel.
