Hotel are very very good and excellent hotel this is a 3 star but they giving service like a 5 start.... All management are good housekeeping are best have seen and in the hotel and giving clean room and all hotel area is Clean and last but not list VIMAL BOLO ZUBAAN KESARI
Don’t stay here. I’ll start with the plus side: The room was large and the bathroom clean. Their balcony was also large. The bed was comfortable too. The newly recruited guest relation manager was the only nice person at the hotel. The negative side: - there was arguments between the customer and reception staff every day we were there are we were there for about 3 nights! So if you want drama, this is your hotel. Just grab a seat by reception and watch! - the breakfast staff didn’t even care we were there, the breakfast area was full so there was nowhere to sit, so we left and cancelled breakfast at the hotel. There are nearby places to eat where you can be treated respectfully. - we booked via booking and despite booking.com showing our booking to be ok, the receptionist told us that Booking cancelled it. I think they didn’t want to pay Booking.com fees! So instead of staying 17 nights as planned, we cut our trip short and spend long enough to look for another hotel! - we always felt like we were a hinderance to the staff (except the guest relation manager) the female receptionists were awful. So if you like rude staff, and want to feel like your inconveniencing them, stay here! Just be careful when booking, as of time of writing this review, the hotel is shocking bad!!!!…

Bad behavior of staff No proper service Pathetic food, the rice was smelling Got food poisoning because of it The list of fault will never end They never provided towel, or iron on time We asked about getting some chips from shop They lied to us that shops close @8pm When we went out we saw all shop' were open Staff Please don't visit .

First thing first , don't expect too much just by looking at the photos. Pros: 1. Decent mid segment hotel with optimal price. 2. Situated close enough to calangute beach if u think 1.2km walk is good enough then u can easily walk to the beach 3. Satisfying breakfast 4. Friendly staff 5. Very convenient booking process Concern areas: 1. They have 2 blocks where rooms are situated. One block has better view of swimming pool(b wing) compared to others facing houses and slightly new feel compared to other. If u are particular about the view from room balcony, clarify with them before booking. ( We were not very happy and had to push them to change the rooms for the 2nd night of stay) 2. Though they have free WiFi, not all rooms get proper WiFi signal, also some of the rooms in B wing have mobile network issue. 3. Strangely they always seem to have shortage of towels for the pool side... Though no one was in pool. We were just 4 of us in pool and they seemed to have only one towel available. This happened twice. 4. U can book bike/taxi just opposite to the hotel. But be careful of these guys, they can be rude. We took bikes from them at slightly higher cost. We spoke to them for taxi, their rates were higher so we booked different taxi... They did not let our taxi driver stay and forced him to leave. When we enquired and asked why they forced the driver to leave, they started to threaten us of Physical assault. We had to struggle a lot to book another taxi. 5. Check-in time is 12pm, we called the hotel and in informed that we will check in around 3pm . We reached around 3:30pm. Only to find out that the rooms are still not ready and would take 30min to get ready. This was really disappointing... Hopefully this process is improved. (Not sure if it was a one off case though)…
We visited this place last year with family overall experience was ok but breakfast & staff was average especially outside of hotel gate there was taxi mafia who forced or fight with guest to hired a taxi to go somewhere over hotel staff doesn’t seem to get involved Very disappointed ☹️
Great hotel. clean. staff are great. pool clean location is good taxi rank outside 300 rupees to baga beach rooms are cleaned daily. I lost my room card they wouldn't give me another one so everytime I had to get the door open by a staff member Breakfast not very good but there is a great restaurant when you turn right on the main road this place does a great full English breakfast and roast dinner premier league football Overall descent well run hotel Very pleased
Excellent staff and services, good room with swimming pool, pool side bar, gym is advantage for visitors, taxi and bike for rent available infront of hotel gate, room decoration which one done by housekeeping staff is superb..
Good hotel with swimming pool. Breakfast is okay-ish. Rooms and bathroom are clean and well maintained. Location is great (20mts from the main Baga - Calangute road). There is a big difference between the rooms, one set of rooms has swimming pool view and other has no view at all. There should have been difference in the process based on the view, but there is none.
