Amazing hospitality, a special thanks to Kichu (at the receptiondesk), she was amazing and made sure that me and my family were looked after. The service was prompt but the only negative I can think of is, there is only ONE number to get in touch with roomservice, receptionist, housekeeping etc. It takes a while, as ONLY numbers tends to get busy.
1st experience with this property and the staff made it - a delightful one..!!! Off season but the hotel was completely sold out but that didn’t make any difference the way guests were treated. Special mention for “Mr Kamran” the F&B Manager who instantly caught our attention with his warmth and hospitality towards his guests in the dining area. The way he take cares of the minute of detail for his guests, going personally to them and offering help, amazing and impressive communication skills and customer centric delightful mindset - he surely is an asset to the property..!! Huge respect for him. Special mention - Milton ( pool side bar area) Amol ( front desk) Devika ( house keeping ) Jacina ( restaurant) Head chef ( Shamim) very courteous and ever smiling ..!! Thank you for everything..!! It was worth staying here and been able to interact with u all..!! Big shout to you - Kamran..!!!! Our heart goes out for you ..!!…
Le Meridian Calangute We recently visited Goa as a Family and started looking online for the best deals where kids can have lots of activities to do and grandparents can enjoy a sunset and we, our sundowner at the pool Eureka! We found this jewel called Le Meridian Calangute. Light on the pocket but still gives you the experience of a luxurious resort. It started with an Airport pick up by Shailesh who was like an encyclopedia of Goa it s culture Heritage and things to do . The route to the hotel was very scenic through the lanes of Goa Tree-lined and having had rained the previous night was fresh and inviting. Upon reaching the hotel at the lobby we needed assistance in our check-in as we wanted interconnecting rooms with our kids. Here appeared a GENIE Samir the Resident Manager who in our entire stay was seen actively engaging with all guests guiding you on everything from where to visit or to hire a car or places that may have a lot of character but may not be on the touristic map of Goa We then checked in and realized we require an extra bed that was arranged immediately by the extraordinary Housekeeping Team. One of the most important aspects of a good holiday is being pampered and that was what I saw personified at this hotel. From being asked How our stay is going to anything else we need we felt so special. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are well equipped with just the perfect shower one would want on a holiday. The Kid's room and the pool had the kids having an adrenalin rush . From Board games to Pool to Glass painting and more we had something for the kids to do every day where the hotel organizes free Classes during the day bringing out the best in your child. As the clock hit 5 pm would start the pool time which is beautifully maintained and has a pool bar . We made friends at the pool which was water therapy at its best. One goes to Goa and wants a Beach. Well, you have it at a distance of 500 m from the hotel The Calangute Beach. The Chief Minister Mr Pramod was inspecting it the same day to check on life-saving teams and was amazing to see the alacrity of the lifeguards at the Beach. The Deal at the hotel included breakfast and lunch or dinner at a fancy place with outdoor seating called Latest Recipe It was Latest Indeed An array of appetizers Soups Main courses and Deserts was only what was on the Surface . In addition, the Chefs cooked food and Kamran and his team had it served at the Table !!!! Being pampered is what I meant yet again. There was a live station showcasing foods from different parts of the country The Buffet catered beautifully to everyone from 8 to 80 years of age. Highly recommended hotel where you can unwind, eat to your heart's content, be at a drivable distance from most TO DO things in Goa and do not make you feel like you splurged. Best Described as VALUE FOR MONEY.…

Its a beautiful property. Centrally located and well maintained. The breakfast spread is awesome & loved it. Especially the staff, Jecina was fabulous with her hospitality and was very proactive and helpful. Over-all a beautiful experience, must stay for couples & family. Very close to the beach also.
I stayed for 5 days and this was a stay to remember. The staff was kind and friendly. It was my mother and me who visited, they showed us around all the rooms and advised us so we could choose according to our preferences. We had breakfast and dinner at the in-house restaurant called Latest recipe, and they always catered to our choices. All staff were great and served us well but there was this staff member called Heera and he always provided us with what we wanted, he was a very good person. I would definitely suggest you to stay here and also check out the latest recipe.
A week long vacation after a long time and LeMeridian, Calangute you made it SPECIAL!! Why? Mere words are irrelevant unless you experience it... starting from 1. Cozy and spacious rooms 2. Awesome restaurants - Latest Recipe and Plunge 3. AWESOME STAFF! Slight scope of inprovement from the front desk staff from my point of view but can be overlooked! A huge shout out for a few staff members we interacted with "The Chef" form Latest Recipe he made sure our little one got what he asked for! Thank you 😀! Jacina and Moumita from Latest Recipe went out of their way to ensure we were never left unatteneded. The day of checkout packed us additional breakfast to ensure we were well prepared for the long Road trip ahead! Nitin from house keeping! Dilligent and ever smiling always ensured the rooms were made and organised before we returned back from our outings! Thank you folks you made it a week to remember! Truly living to the age old saying we Indians have अतिथिदेवो भव: 🙏🏻…
Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights with my family and this hotel is excellent from all point of view. The staff is very good specially housekeeping person Avinash and Staff in Latest recipe @ Kamran, Jacina,Moumita,Sachin were always ready to help you. The food is also good with huge spread and changing varieties every day wether it is Breakfast, Lunch or dinner. The swimming area is always clean and Milton at bar is always ready to serve you. Highly recommended for family for a good vacation with Marriott group will visit again this property.
This was our first big travel in India after two years of Covid, and first time in Goa. After scanning through a zillion options in North and South Goa we zeroed in on this hotel. We stayed here for a week, and would absolutely recommend this place. Pros - proximity to the north Goa market district, yet situated away from the clutter of Baga and Calangute beach area - the beach is 700mts away - walkable. The section of beach is clean - excellent spread of dishes (we had our daily breakfast and dinner) - beautiful pool - kids and adults loved it alike - great bar with plenty of choices - a wonderful family recreation room with indoor games, kids play area and a library - the front office people are very friendly and really make sure you are taken care well - very easy to rent bike or car - just ask the reception or the security for the rental numbers - overall you get a great 5 star property experience at prices much lower than some of the other premium properties in Goa Cons - the property is not right at the beach - that would have made it a brilliant option - not too many choices of rooms. For a family of 4 with 2 kids, the rooms felt a tad smaller (again just a perspective) - not all balconies face the pool - other than that there is no real view from the room to look forward to. Nonetheless this is an excellent place for a long stay which you will not regret. We certainly look forward to being back here some time again. -…
