We had a lovely stay at villa Calangute phase 4. We are a family of 4 (2adults and 13 & 10 year old kids) from UK and we stayed there for 8 days. It’s a luxurious retreat in the heart of Calangute. The villa looks as good as it does in the pictures, it’s really spacious, clean and tidy with everything you need. The pool was fab as was the verandah area. We loved having the pool table, karam board etc. A really nice place to hang out. The verandah is a shared area. We were only joined by neighbours for a few days but really enjoyed having this space to socialise with others. Anil and the rest of the team were super friendly and helpful. Communication was easy and prompt. We certainly felt v well looked after. The location is also great as there are lots of excellent restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets, banks and other shops. The beach is only 10 mins away with lots of places to eat and drink and listen to music. All in all we would heartily recommend Villa Calangute and hope to return one day.

The best place to stay in Goa, period. If you have a big group, I would 100% recommend this villa. Luxurious, spacious, convenient and just completely iconic. Loved every aspect of it- the service, the amenities and the overall experience. We were 20 odd people, and this had to be the best value for money in the luxurious type villas.

My family stay villa Calangute Definitely recommend this villa to anybody who wants to see GOA. Location is good, villa is very spacious with lots of things to do (pool, table tennis, games room, party room) and the hospitality is excellent.
Villa was always made clean, had private chefs, Felix, the manager and Chef Uttam very helpful during our stay and gave us good.Food was excellent 👌 recommendations for things to do. Mr Felix was very helpful helping and Uttam chef arrange everything food ingredients for the villa party. Would definitely return if we come back to GOA.

3. Intercom facility was not available in the rooms
4. At the reception no person was available who can assist the guest in the case of any emergency, we stay at the property 4 nights and I have never seen any reception person at the counter
4. If the guest wanted anything and requested to bring the same, the hotel staff would always ask for money...Which they could have dealt with at check out time…but the hotel person and his manager did not make the customer feel better by asking for money again and again..
5. Hotel manager Anil was not available at the property 24/7 as discussed with sales manager Sangram at the time of booking,
6. Drinking water was not available in the rooms, even the guest asked the hotel manager to arrange it at an extra cost they didn't arrange it.
7. As discussed at the time of booking..the chef never even visited the guest to discuss the lunch and dinner menu
8. At the time of booking it was very clear that no other person will be entering the property except the guest who booked it…..other villa guest entered the property and they were playing in that villa which was booked by us
9. they have informed us that a small music system will be available inside the property….but there was no music available on the property ….when we asked them to arrange music for them…the hotel manager informed the guest that ...it will be arranged at INR 700 per day with the small speaker.
10. Only the food was amazing which was organized by a third party that was not a part of the property.
11. Washing Machine, Fridge, and kettle were not available on the property, And for that, the sales manager Sangram informed us that it would be available on the property.
12. we also informed that pizza hut is located just next to the property, which was 5 KM away from this property.

Dear Mr Rajesh, In all our 13 years of experience, this typically occurs when guests books via a travel agent (which in your case was Blueberry Voyage Pvt. Ltd. 14, Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri-East. Mumbai. 400099 ) who may have not been conveyed all the information correctly to you. For all your 12 points you should make the travel agent accountable because from day one we have informed the travel agent via email that we are providing a Self Catered villa without a kitchen facility. This is also clearly mentioned on our website. Due to Covid and stringent Govt SOPs we converted this premise into a Private Villa, thus providing rooms only. I have detailed whatsapp chat from the travel agent who was asking me information after the booking was confirmed. How much was conveyed to you I do not know. This was very unethical of them and not the way we work, so we find it rather unfair that you are holding us responsible for their faults. Please read all the other reviews on this platform. If you're someone who want's the whole property just for yourself and your companions, then a fully-equipped family villa is what you are looking for. Set in the very heart of Calangute, Goa is the Villa calangute goa . It offers plenty of space and a fully furnished and stocked kitchen for families, couples, or friends. It has amazing ambiance and comfortable environment felt throughout the villa, along with magnificent and breath-taking views of the swimming pool and kid’s pool. Had an amazing stay.

One of the best villas in Goa to stay with family. It’s very near to Calangute and baga beaches . The nearby restaurants food is also good.I would recommend this villa if you have large families moreover the manager Felix is very friendly and coperative. The cooks are also good . These are very nice condos for family and group vacations. The staff is very helpful and they will also cook wonderful food if you pay extra. The condo is a short walk to town stores, restaurants and the beach. The beaches are beautiful and not crowded. We had a great stay.

Villa Calangute Phase 17 became the central pillar of our friends and family reunion. Everything here, starting from Checkin experience, house keeping, pool, amenities, have been pleasing experiences. Manager Augustine promptly tended to all our needs. House keeping staff Amit Das and his team made sure we had uninterrupted and most enjoyable and comfortable vacation. We hired in-house chef for breakfast and dinner for our entire stay and chef Uttam, kitchen help Pinky and rest of the kitchen staff made sure we were well fed with mouth watering goan cuisine and even kids were well attended too. We really thank entire villa calangute phase 17 staff for making our visit a pleasant and memorable one.

Lovely Villa. It was kept in a very presentable condition. Entire staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. We had booked chef service with Gautam who served us excellent breakfast and dinner which our entire group enjoyed. One exception is bathroom is missing exhaust.
